Presented in its factory specified color of Cockney Brown over a custom tan leather interior, this 1975 Porsche 911 Carrera outlaw was commissioned in 2012 as a custom build by Kelly Moss Road and Race and Rothsport Racing. In addition to its RS-inspired styling and lightweight BBS wheels, this 911 has received a high-end adjustable suspension setup, 911 Turbo “Big Red” brakes, a re-geared transmission, limited-slip differential, and a custom-built 3.6-liter 993 engine. Previously listed and sold on PCARMARKET, this one-of-a-kind 911 outlaw is now being offered for auction by its seller out of New York showing approximately 95k miles on the odometer.
This 911 was comprehensively stripped and disassembled before the bodywork was professionally refinished in its factory-specified color of Cockney Brown. Clear front-end paint protection film has been applied along with a layer of ceramic coating over the full exterior. New sunroof cables and wind deflectors have been installed along with H1 headlights and new OEM taillights. Exterior modifications include custom front and rear bumpers, a front-mounted oil cooler, a custom ducktail rear decklid with “Carrera RS” badging, anodized black aluminum trim, and 3-piece BBS Motorsport E28 wheels with magnesium centers and newer Pirelli P-Zero tires. Following completion of the build, the car participated in 5 different concours events including several 1st place regional awards and Best in Class at the 50th Anniversary of Rennfest in Atlanta, GA with a score of 179.8 out of 180 points. Some small imperfections are depicted in the gallery.
Inside, you will find a custom leather interior featuring vintage reupholstered Recaro sport seats, a new leather dashboard, leather RS-style door cards, and a new black headliner. Custom Carrera carpeting has been fitted along with red seatbelts, OEM seatbelt receivers, an aluminum pedal set, MOMO steering wheel, and custom instrument gauges with a 10,000 RPM tachometer.
A claimed output of over 300 HP comes from a rebuilt 3.6-liter flat-six Varioram engine sourced from a Porsche 993. The engine has been upgraded with a custom exhaust, headers, 997 GT3 muffler, WEVO mounts, a high-flow air intake, custom wiring harness, and Bosch motorsports fuel pump. The rear wheels are driven through a rebuilt magnesium case 5-speed manual gearbox including Porsche GT gears, an internal gated shifter, and Quaife limited-slip differential. For stopping power, this 911 features Pagid competition brake pads, upgraded 2-piece aluminum brake rotors, cross-drilled rotors, and Porsche 911 Turbo “Big Red” brake calipers. Other additions from the build include oil line heat shields, a new oil tank, and an 85-liter RS fuel tank with a custom skid plate.
This 911 also features a completely overhauled suspension including remote reservoirs with 18-click double adjustable struts and shocks, 19mm raised spindles with competition gussets, 22mm sway bars with billet upper shock tower support, upper mono ball shock mounts, and a TRG shock tower brace. Additionally, Elephant Racing poly bronze suspension bearings and bushings were added all around with Elephant Racing advanced tech adjustable rear spring plates and their quick-change rear splined hub. Porsche Turbo tie rods were also added along with WEVO RARB console rear sway reinforcements, a TRG bump steer kit, and hollow torsion bars (24mm front, 31mm rear)
This sale will include a clean title.
