Available for auction is an authentic Porsche dealership sign from the 1970s to early 1980s, originally displayed at Porsche dealerships in France as stated by the seller. This rare collectible has been expertly converted to 12-volt LED lighting after the original electronics were deemed unsalvageable.
Measuring 32”x29”, the sign is stated by the seller to be in excellent condition, with only the wall bracket showing rust. Designed for versatility, the rotatable glass panels allow for multiple display options—you can hang it, stand it up, or securely mount it to a wall. Don’t miss the opportunity to own a genuine piece of Porsche history.

@CMRETRO yes, you are right with both
Can the sign panels be rotated within the frame such that you can hang it on a wall by the bracket and have the Porsche crest properly oriented? I assume the “light box” portion is 29” square in order to permit that reorientation depending on how it would be mounted? Thanks!

Hello everyone, welcome to the auction of this beautiful authentic Porsche sign from the late 70s and early 80s.
The sign comes from the south of France, where Porsche dealers had such advertising signs on the facade at that time.
The condition is very good for its age, there is some rust on the back of the wall bracket, but this is not noticeable and only speaks for the authenticity of the sign.
We have converted it to 12 volts, the LEDs cannot be seen live, unfortunately the camera records this poorly, the electronics were too old to preserve.
A rare opportunity to acquire an authentic sign.
You can hang it from the ceiling, on the wall or simply place it on the floor.
In any case, it is an eye-catcher.
Shipping to the USA, including the wooden crate, costs approx. 300 USD and is carried out by FedEx.
