It has been modified with a lowered suspension, a merged exhaust manifold with J-tubes and a quiet pack muffler, Porsche-style headlamp lenses, swan-neck mirrors, a Euro-style steering wheel, a Pioneer CD stereo, and much more. This distinctly customized Beetle is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida.
This example features a clear-coated patina finish, accented by traces of Porsche and Schuco insignias on its sides. It has chrome bumpers with overriders, Porsche-style fluted headlight lenses, swan-neck side mirrors, pop-out rear quarter windows, fender stone guards, VW-branded rear mud flaps, a roof rack, and a rear cargo rack. It rides on Raider-style 15” wheels wrapped in Nankang AS-1 tires up front and Cross Sport SP-9 tires at the rear. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.
The interior showcases front bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered in red vinyl with white piping, complemented by matching door panels, charcoal carpeting, and a white perforated headliner. Additional features include a two-spoke steering wheel with a Wolfsburg crest center cap, a Euro-style steering lock, Coco-style floor mats, front lap belts, a radio delete plate, and a glove compartment-mounted Pioneer CD stereo connected to rear cargo area speakers. All gauges and electronics are reported to be in proper working order with no warning lights illuminated.
Power comes from an air-cooled flat-four engine featuring a merged exhaust manifold with J-tubes and a quiet pack muffler. The rear wheels are driven through a 4-speed manual transmission. The suspension has been modified with a narrowed adjustable front axle beam, while the rear torsions have been reindexed to achieve a lowered stance. Four-wheel drum brakes facilitate stopping power.

@bustosgroup I know it’s a bit late to be asking but how does it start? I didn’t see a cold start video so I wanted to ask if it starts easily?
Hello everyone ! last couple of hours. Buyer wont be disappointed in any way. Car is super clean . Fun to drive . Tastefully modified. this is a great addition to any collection. Very unique . hopefully someone one can enjoy it. Car is not being used as it should.

@Peabo i am not mechanically savy since this car was bought specifically to be used a in movie. But yes I was told it was lowered. Cars runs strong . Breaks are good. Double carburetor , new tires , multiple maintainance receipts
