The Porsche 356B was redesigned with T6 bodywork for the 1962 model year, featuring a new twin-grille decklid, a larger rear window, an external fuel filler door, and smoother body lines. This 1963 Porsche 356B Coupe body shell was acquired by the current owner about 10 years ago and was in the previous owner’s storage for at least 25 years beforehand. An ideal restoration project, this 356B body is now being offered for auction out of California accompanied by a collection of associated parts.
The unfinished bodywork shows traces of older paint and includes both doors, the hood, and the rear decklid. There is no interior, glass, trim, lights, or moldings installed. The car is accompanied by a collection of associated parts including a steering wheel, decklid grilles, hubcaps, rear quarter windows, a front bumper, chrome bumperettes, door handles, lights, and more. There is no chassis, engine, transmission, brakes, or suspension provided.
This 356B is offered with by a bill of sale and a collection of parts as depicted on the seller’s wall in the photo gallery. The seller has offered to assist the buyer with a California replacement title form as the original title was lost.

Bid in the amount of $1,606
Will the seller load the loose parts in the car for shipping?
@kahluver good afternoon the chassis parts do not come with the tub is sitting on top of the chassis that is sitting on top of the dolly. (for sale tub only with misc 356 parts)
Thanks for replying. Please clarify that the "shell is sold without the chassis" as 356 are unibody and the chassis is part of the shell. Will parts currently shown in the photo be removed from the shell or are we bidding on everything attached to the shell currently minus the dolly?
@kahluver good afternoon. The shell is sold without the chassis or dolly. all 356 parts are included with the sell the alpha parts and the 912 parts are not included. I don't have a list of parts included the seller says all 356 parts are included with the sale. Multiple parts are included that are hanging on the wall and multiple parts are not pictured the are in bins.
Thanks for replying. The text says the car doesn't come with suspension but the photos show front a-arm suspension and spindles. Is this not included? As for the extra parts, can you confirm what's available? The photos showing parts on the wall shows a bunch of 356 parts (right door, pedals, hinges, lights, hub caps, carbs, misc engine parts, bumper, glass, trim, gauges...) and Alfa and 911 parts too. Does the dolly come with the shell too? Thanks again!
@kahluver Good afternoon the current seller received the shell as it sits today and did not make any mods to it. not sure if the previous owner planed on front engine mods.
There's a lot of modifications to the chassis on this one. Would the seller please provide info on the modifications and original plan. It looks like maybe it was being converted to front engine or????
