Dash timer specifications:
MASTER TIME
The metal-case Master-Time eight-day clock was produced in several variations from 1958 to 1974. This example dates from 1960-1967 and features an Arogno 28 movement, a black dial with 3-6-9-12 hour numerals, a Master-Time signature above the Heuer shield, and an “8 Days” script at 6 o’clock. The clock has an eight-day power reserve, and the crown is used for setting the time, winding, and stopping the movement to allow synchronizing with an official time source. The case displays the number 21039 beside the crown, and discoloration is visible on the hands and numerals. The case and plastic crystal has some scratches, and bezel paint is worn in several locations. The date of the last service is unknown, but the Master Time shows an accuracy of approximately -10 seconds over 24 hours (see photo based on 24+ hour elapsed time hacked to Atomic Clock).
MONTE CARLO
The three-button style Monte-Carlo 12-hour stopwatch was only produced between 1958 and 1967 and features an arrow-style minute hand, a stick second hand, and a window for elapsed hours at the six o’clock position. The crown is used for start and time-in/time-out functions, while the left pusher resets the hour disc and the right pusher resets the hands to zero. The case is inscribed below the left pusher with the number 17032. Discoloration is visible on the hands and numerals and scratches are present on the case and plastic crystal. Minor scratches on plastic crystal. There is a larger scratch between 45 and 50 second marks. The bezel paint is lightly worn in several locations.
MOUNTING PLATE
The timers are mounted on a double backplate inscribed with “ED.HEUER & Co SWISS” on the back. The plate features countersunk screw holes, and timer recesses with an engine turned finish. The top edge of the plate contains two chamfered reveals to facilitate easy turning of the crowns. Scratches are visible at the back side of the plate, and some holes have been enlarged; however, the timers mount securely to the back plate.

A quick clarification in the interest of full transparency: As noted below the 'illumination' photo, the tritium/lum is still active, but VERY dim. The included photo was taken with an extended exposure (ISO 2000, F1.8, 0.5s in complete darkness).

Hello and welcome to our auction.
These Timers were purchased in the UK last year as part of a collection from a horologist in london. A newer more period-correct pair is going to be installed in our 87 Carrera. As such, I am happy to share this pair with a fellow PCar enthusiast or other collector looking for vintage metal-case Heuer timers! I am happy to answer any questions to the best of my knowledge, so please ask (and bid!) away!
Thanks.
