Available for auction is an illuminated Porsche dealership sign from the 1950’s – 1960’s era. The “Porsche” lettering and emblem on the sign are raised, a characteristic specific to that era, adding a distinctive depth and texture to the sign. The seller states the sign is in excellent condition and is fully functional. The sign is constructed of a metal frame with a translucent face.
The sign is illuminated by neon lighting and measures 42” in height with a length of 27”. This sign is a rare collectible and is a must have for any Porsche collector or enthusiast. 
The buyer is responsible for shipping, shipping insurance handling, and transactional fees. PCARMARKET is not responsible for anything lost or damaged during shipping.
The seller would like you to know: “The sign comes from an official dealership and was personally purchased by me from a well-known collector in Italy. Upon sale, I will provide the sales document that certifies its authenticity, issued by the company. For privacy reasons, the document cannot be shared in advance.”

I would like to thank all the users who participated and placed bids for this auction, which has just ended but unfortunately did not reach the reserve price. I'm really sorry for those who placed bids. The sign will remain available online, and I am open to receiving any offers, provided they are at least close to my reserve price. Do you have a picture of it lit with the face off? Do all bulbs work, it looks a bit shaded when lit, imo. Thank you.

The story behind this sign is really fascinating it was originally removed from a dealership in Düsseldorf , Germany, then acquired by a renowned collector and dealer in Italy, where it was kept until I purchased it about three months ago.The sign is in outstanding condition for its age, as it’s been well preserved and has even been showcased at famous exhibitions. In the photos, you can really see the authenticity of the sign, offering a true glimpse into Porsche’s history. As mentioned in the listing, it will come with a certificate of authenticity that was provided to me at the time of purchase.
