Like Chris, I've been seeking a set of phone dials for a 928 - but yes, not being 65 offset makes'em 944s.

Yes, I like phone dial wheels so much that I actually have a set for a G body 911 that I bought a couple of years ago to keep on hand for the next time I have a 911. Maybe I should buy these wheels to keep on hand for the next time I buy a 944!

@ChrisF Thank you for your clear explanation of where these wheels were from. I got them with a 928, so I know they will fit a 928 and they fill the wheels wells out quite nicely, but it is great to know exactly where they came from. In addition, they will also fit a G body 911.

Nice looking phone dials, but these are original wheels from a 944 Turbo, as indicated by the 951 first 3 digits of the part number on the back of each wheel. 928 phone dials would have a part number starting with 928, and the 16" 928 phone dials would be 7 x 16 all around, not staggered. While these wheels might fit on a 928, the offset is not correct, as the 928 wheels would have an offset of 65mm. I'm looking for a set of phone dials for my 928, but these are not the right ones for that car.

These wheels would be great for a 944 Turbo, or perhaps a 944 or 924S owner wanting to upgrade to 16" phone dials.....
