Presented for auction is this 2001 Porsche 911 Turbo with a 6-speed manual transmission. The first owner purchased the car at a Porsche dealership in Birmingham, AL and drove the car 36k miles throughout his ownership. The previous owner traveled just a little over 1k miles.
The selling dealer reports the car to have all original Artic Silver paint and as the photos show is in excellent condition. Other than typical rock chips on the bumper, there are no major flaws reported.
The Graphite Gray Full Leather interior is in spotless condition and (believe it or not) still has reminisces of the new car smell. Features include; Automatic Climate Control, Power Windows, Xenon Headlights, Stereo w/CD Player, Cup Holders, Rear Wiper, and more. All equipment works as it should with no flaws to report.
Quickly gaining popularity amongst enthusiasts and collectors, the value proposition of the 996 Turbo continues, but is no longer a secret. 996 Turbo models are making their way into world-class collections around the globe. Locating an unmolested manual transmission example is becoming increasingly difficult. The All Wheel Drive system makes efficient use of the 3.6L Mezger power plant, which delivers 420hp. Anyone who has driven one of these knows how special they are. The air-cooled 911 Turbo models of the past were notorious for being dangerous to drive. The 996 Turbo model offered here delivers super car performance while also providing a very civil and enjoyable drive for the street.
The factory 18” wheels are wrapped with a set of Pirelli P-Zero tires with approximately 1k miles of use on them.
Although there are no previous owner records available, the car is in excellent running condition. Receipts will be provided for the following service that was recently performed: Major service including all new brakes and rotors, coolant and brake fluid flush, spark plugs and coils, oil change, new cabin and air filters.
The sale will include a clean Carfax, set of books, car cover, master key, and one key blade.

Sold for $52,000
glad to see this sell. really beautiful turbo at a non-turbo price...
@CCSMOTORS She is stunning and in fantastic low mileage condition. I recently purchased an '02 996 Turbo X50 w/ 26k on the odometer, but I paid A LOT more than what was bid here. A lot! Someone can get a steal for a supercar here.
This car came very close to the reserve, if anyone here is looking for a spectacular manual 996 Turbo I would suggest putting an offer in through the dealtank....
I am floored that this monster didn't fetch a lot more!
Wow. Awesome. Someone! Win!!!

Nice! 996 Turbos finally getting the respect they deserve. If this was black I’d be all over it
these 996's are going to be huge in next couple years...
The secret is apparently out. These 996 Turbos are supercars and the prices are starting to reflect that fact. Gorgeous lines and grin-inspiring performance make these a must-have while they are still reasonably priced. Low mileage, stock examples that have been well cared for from the start are getting harder to find. This one looks the part, shows beautifully and will make someone very, happy. I'll be watching this closely.
I want. It's so Sharky. The air intake is more Gillish than most Turbos.
@Robert718 I think the ship has sailed. Just a few years ago these were going for $40k...
one of these went well over $60k yesterday on BAT, will be interesting to see where this winds up. Even though this has a few more miles I must say it looks just as nice. Good luck to the bidders.

Looks like a real nice example. Yes, the 996 Turbo’s are still a great value compared to all the rest. Sure it won’t last much longer. Some feebback... you may want upload some driving videos. I know it’s something I look for. Thanks and Great Job so far.
