In February 2017, the builder started with an authentic 73 911 T and created this stunning RSR tribute.  Steel 9” front and 11” rear flares along with a custom louvered deck lid were installed, resulting in a killer stance.  The seller reports the car to have had a bare metal repaint that currently shows no flaws.

Power comes from a 3.2L Flat-Six mated to the iconic 915-gear box, providing increased power while delivering an authentic and visceral driving experience.  Mechanical and performance upgrades include: early 911S brakes, 17” Fuch-style wheels, M&K full stainless exhaust with cat delete, Autothority chip and intake, Rennline battery relocation with new Odyssey lightweight battery, Rennline drop links, sway bars, strut bar and more.  Receipts and detailed records will accompany the sale.

The interior offers exactly the look and feel one expects from a quality build of this sort. Supportive Recaro-type designed seats by Vintage Seats of Cumming, GA are at the center of a clean minimalist RSR style interior.  Brand new German wool square weave carpet is covered by authentic Coco throw mats.  Other interior upgrades include:

  • Rennline floor boards
  • Wevo shifter with polished base and custom wood shift knob
  • Heuer gauge
  • Prototipo steering wheel
  • RS door panels

The seller will provide recent service history, including leak down and compression test.

    Cheers

  • genevaforeign (seller) 5 years, 7 monthsago

@Bkbroiler It's going to a good home. Reluctant to sell at that price but the new owner seems to be an ambitious Porsche enthusiast and hopefully will lead to a long relationship :)

This has been a strange one...
    Can’t lie

    Hi @genevaforeign

  • PCARMARKET 5 years, 7 monthsago

@Duke Hi. Not a stupid question at all. This car did not sell/hit reserve. The deal tank is an opportunity for both potential buyers and seller to reach a deal. In the short period since we launched, there have been many successful deal Tank sales that would have never existed without this feature.

  • Duke (registered bidder) 5 years, 7 monthsago

Sorry for the stupid question, but this site confuses me. I thought this car sold weeks ago. Does the "Deal Tank" mean that you didn't hit your reserve, but you are now willing to take whatever the highest bid ends up being when this auction ends in 5 days? Very cool car, BTW.

  • Unclebob59 (registered bidder) 5 years, 7 monthsago

@genevaforeign I figured, I agree with windows down but given where I live in TN, gets really hot and muggy down here during the summer. Beautiful build

  • genevaforeign (seller) 5 years, 7 monthsago

@Unclebob59 no longer equipped with A/C! Too much weight and I figured everyone was like me and wants the windows down! If you did go with A/C, I’d recommend ditching the old system anyways and having a new electric system installed.

  • genevaforeign (seller) 5 years, 7 monthsago

@Alexbard terribly sorry for the late response! Absolutely no rust. I brought the car down to almost bare metal in all
    Locations (especially
In the normal rust prone spots) before repainting! You can direct email me and I’ll send video and more detailed pics of the underside for you!

  • Unclebob59 (registered bidder) 5 years, 7 monthsago

    Does this have AC?

  • Alexbard (registered bidder) 5 years, 7 monthsago

Do you have pics of the underside of the car? Any rust issues with the original body to be aware of?

@broadwayjoe -here is a link to cold start. The car was inside a heated garage but you get the idea. https://youtu.be/-rOgQ-PNDi4

  • genevaforeign (seller) 5 years, 8 monthsago

@marshtg1 It is mostly my build :) I bought the car already flared but it was a Carrera body so I needed to convert it back to a long nose. Changed the front latch panel, hood, and fenders. I have a record book about 4” thick.

  • genevaforeign (seller) 5 years, 8 monthsago

@kayaknfly It is equipped with new black race belts. Only used the waste section.

  • KayaknFly (registered bidder) 5 years, 8 monthsago

    Couldn’t tell in the pictures....
Does this car have seatbelts? Front or rear? And if no to either anyone know how hard it is to add?

  • broadwayjoe (registered bidder) 5 years, 8 monthsago

Please post cold start and driving videos and photos of the underside. Thank you

Beautiful car! Is this your build or did someone else do it?

  • wi-ing (registered bidder) 5 years, 8 monthsago

Nice car, but too many detail pictures which are too close that there is no added value. Save them for your next art project!

  • airkooled7 (registered bidder) 5 years, 8 monthsago

This cars stance is right on. This is a subjective point. These builds are an individual interpretation. I respect Johnny Rotten 911’s view but completely disagree. Nice job and glws

  • genevaforeign (seller) 5 years, 8 monthsago

Jonny_rotten_911 I appreciate the input. The fenders are exact same demensions as rennspd fiberglass but made of steel. I think the S bumper throws the usual RS look a little but I dig it and it’s my car so :)

  • genevaforeign (seller) 5 years, 8 monthsago

@burnrubr I’d guess she’s around 2200lbs and 250hp... The car is an absolute blast to drive and a head turner for sure! It has a M&K exhaust that is second to none...

  • burnrubr (registered bidder) 5 years, 8 monthsago

hello seller, whats the approximate weight of the car? current horsepower?

  • Jonny_rotten_911 5 years, 8 monthsago

I hate for my first comment to be negative, but the stance is all wrong. The front is higher than the rear!

The front flares are welded on 2 or 3 inches too low. I hate to bring this up because otherwise it's a neat car but you have to wonder - if something as important as that is off, what's the rest of the build like?

Likely what happened was someone bought turbo flares, took them to "their guy" along with the car, and he didn't realize that in order to mount them at the correct elevation on a longhood, you need to fabricate a filler piece at the bottom front of the flare to make it work.

There's a gold RSR-ish 911 on BaT at the moment with the same affliction.
