Available for auction is a Daniel Arsham “Future Relic” 1986 Porsche 911 Turbo collector piece in gray. The seller states the original box is unopened and all seals are intact. The cover photo of this item is representative of what the sculpture looks like, however, this is an unopened box. Included with this very limited-edition sculpture is the “turbo” branded box, custom foam inserts to house the art piece, a set of handling gloves and a holographic verification label.
Centered around the idea of contemporary items being discovered in the far future, the Porsche is represented in an eroded state with visible “damage” to the exterior of the classic sports car. Made from hydro-stone and quartz crystals, these limited production pieces have gathered a cult following in both the contemporary art and Porsche worlds.
