Remaining one of the most popular companies replicating the iconic Shelby Cobra, Factory Five Racing has gained a reputation for producing high-quality kits designed to combine optimal performance and an exhilarating driving experience. This Factory Five Racing Mk4 Roadster features a 5.0-liter Ford Coyote V8 paired with a 5-speed manual transmission and is finished in green with gray stripes over a black leather and suede interior. Reported to have been assembled approximately 10 years ago, this MK4 Roadster is now being offered by its seller out of California with just 386 miles on the odometer.
The Mk4 Roadster makes use of a fiberglass body mounted over a black powder-coated box frame. This example is finished in green and features gray racing stripes with honeycomb graphics and yellow pinstripe accents. Additional exterior details include quick-jack bumperettes, a hood scoop, fender vents, a bullet-style mirror, a single roll hoop, a Le Mans-style fuel filler cap, and side-exit exhaust pipes. This Mk4 rides on a set of 17” Halibrand-style wheels with faux knock-off spinners wrapped in Nitto NT555 tires. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.
Inside, the cabin is upholstered in black leather and suede with white diamond-quilted accent stitching. Interior equipment includes low-back bucket seats, Simpson latch-and-link 4-point harnesses, a cabin heater, a rear-view mirror, tinted sun visors, a wood-rimmed 3-spoke steering wheel, AutoMeter gauges, and a Wilwood pedal assembly with aluminum covers.
This Mk4 Roadster is powered by a Ford 5.0-liter Coyote V8 that was installed under previous ownership, paired to a TremecTKO 600 5-speed manual transmission and a 3.31:1 rear axle that features a Ford Racing differential cover, a body-colored engine cover, and an aluminum radiator with an electric fan. Recent services include an oil change and refreshments to the transmission and differential fluids.
This sale will include a clean title.

Low tone I just sent a picture of the fuel lines. It runs along the inside of the frame up high, would fuel line clamps, and brackets.
Any car that is titled 1976 and newer needs smog that’s the good thing about this car. It is actually titled as a 1965.
Amazing looking car, do any of the pics show where the fuel line is ran? Ive seen some questionable "work arounds" on these FF before. before.
No smog required. It is titled as a 1965.
Hi, how is this titled? Does it need CA smog?
Hello everyone the last few minutes of the auction here I just want to let you guys know it might be a long time before you see another one this high quality. It’s a beautiful car inside out underneath everything’s like new on it.
Bid in the amount of $55,000
It has around 440 hp 380 torque and the stripe in the back is all painted. Nothing on the car is a decal
Is the gray strip and trunk image a vinyl decal that can be removed or is it in the paint? Do you by chance know the figures for HP and torque being produced? Thank you.
Just to let everyone know this car looks better in person than the photos. It’s amazing car inside and out underneath. Don’t let it get away.
Thank you appreciate it
This is one of the nicest Factory Five builds I've seen!
Love the paint job!
