We are pleased to offer this genuine 1940s Chrysler Plymouth neon dealership sign. Measuring approximately 77″ long x 29 1/2″ tall x 12" deep, this sign features double-sided porcelain advertisements and clearly shows the original “Walker & Co, Detroit” makers mark along the bottom edge. A beautiful representation of the American Art Deco design movement, this sign’s shape resembles the side of the Chrysler building when standing up and was intended to coincide with the Art Deco theme used by Chrysler/Plymouth dealerships of the era. The porcelain signage, can, and mounting points are all noted to be in excellent shape and the neon illumination shines brightly. Remaining unrestored and in outstanding original condition, this highly sought-after Chrysler Plymouth sign would be right at home in any world-class signage or automotive collection.
