Ordered in Paint to Sample Voodoo Blue over a Black leather interior, this 2017 Porsche 991.2 Turbo Coupe has been modified with TechArt and Moshammer exterior components, 20” Dilusso Forged wheels, a COBB tune, an IPD plenum and Y-pipe, a Kiline Innovation Inconel exhaust, ByDesign intercoolers, and more. The car was factory optioned with LED Headlights in Black with PDLS+, tinted taillights, SportDesign side mirrors, extensive interior deviated stitching, contrasting leather seat inlays, and more. Accompanied by a host of documentation, two additional sets of wheels, and a collection of original parts, this tastefully modified Canadian-market Turbo is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Quebec with less than 16k kilometers (10k miles) showing on the odometer.
This example is finished in Voodoo Blue from Porsche’s Paint to Sample collection. Its Turbo-specific bodywork incorporates wide fenders with rear side air intakes, bumpers with large air vents, and active spoilers at the front and rear. TechArt modifications include a lower front spoiler, front bumper air vent, side skirts, and side scoops, while Moshammer appointments include the rear diffuser and rear spoiler wing. Factory options include black-painted door handles, SportDesign side mirrors with high-gloss black-painted lower trims, LED headlights in Black with Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS+), black headlight cleaning system covers, and tinted taillights. The car rides on 20” Dilusso Forged wheels dressed in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires from 2025. The original 20” 911 Turbo Design wheels and an additional set of Rotiform wheels will accompany the sale. Full paint protection film has been applied, including the windshield. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The Black leather interior is complemented by optional deviating leather seat inlays as well as contrast stitching along the dashboard, upper door panels, and rear side panels. Additional options include a heated multifunction steering wheel, front seat heating, 4-way Sport Seats Plus, a white Sport Chrono clock dial, a fire extinguisher, and a passenger footwell luggage net. Shift paddle extensions have been installed. All gauges, electronics, and accessories are confirmed to be in proper working order.
Power is derived from a twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter flat-six engine factory-rated at 540 HP and 523 lb-ft of torque. All four wheels are driven through a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission. Output has been enhanced with a COBB tune installed at ByDesign, an IPD plenum and Y-pipe, a Kiline Innovation Inconel exhaust and headers, and ByDesign intercoolers. The seller adds that invoices from EK Performance, VAG Motorsport, and Porsche Lauzon of Quebec will be included in the sale.
This sale will include a Canadian registration, owner’s manuals, a window sticker, a toolkit, service documentation, a collection of original parts, and two additional sets of wheels.

Nevermind the "paint to sample" question, you've already answered that... sorry
1. Is the blue external paint done by Porsche as "paint to sample" or after-market? Is the blue trim INSIDE the vehicle done by Porsche or after-market? Same question for the grey seat inserts? Was the car originally a Porsche 911 Turbo? If not, what was its original model?
2. Did you have to submit to a PPI in order to place your car on Pcarmarket? If so, is that available?
3. I don't recall this being asked/answered (if you know): are Canadian 911s emissions built to California specs? Regardless, have you smogged it recently? (smog test) If so, is that available?
4. When was the car last serviced?
5. When were the engine upgrades undertaken? Are they are under warranty? If so, for how long?
6. Could you please recommend a Customs Broker?
7. How many previous owners? If not too much trouble could you please attach a CarFax?
Thank you...

yeah it needs to be sold to someone in Canada until the US removes their tariff.
Crazy Import tax of standard 2.5% + 25% PENALTY TARIFF for ALL imported cars = 27.5% to get into the US, much luck
'Foreign-made vehicles imported into the U.S., whether new or used, either for personal use or for sale, are generally dutiable at the following rates:'

Hello everyone,
First of all, thank you for all the messages, calls, and interest regarding the car — it’s been amazing to see the enthusiasm!
The Porsche 911 Turbo is good to go — in perfect condition, ready to be enjoyed for many more miles by its next owner. Every detail has been handled with care, and the car truly speaks for itself in person.
For our U.S. bidders, I can personally help facilitate the entire export process and provide full support with the paperwork to make everything smooth and worry-free.
I also want to take a moment to thank everyone who’s placed a bid so far — this is our first time on PCARMARKET, and certainly not the last!
We’re now down to the final stretch — so if you’ve been watching from the sidelines, now’s the time to jump in.
Cars this clean and this well-documented don’t come around often, and we’re looking forward to seeing who will take this beautiful Turbo home!
Good luck to all bidders — and thank you for the incredible support!
@Utahcraft Yes, they are! No pictures at the moment because they’re stored in the client’s garage.
@carswitcher Are the original factory wheels included in the sale? I'm not seeing any photos of that set.
Bid in the amount of $100,000
@ladydriven Hi! Since you’re located in Montreal, yes a PPI can absolutely be arranged if you win the bid.
Hi, I’m located in Montreal and I’d like to know if the vehicle can undergo a pre-purchase inspection in case I win the bid?
@J8oseph No, there are no Canadian taxes applied when the car is exported to the United States.
Once the vehicle leaves Canada, it becomes a duty-free export on our side — meaning no GST/QST or Canadian sales tax is charged.
However, once the vehicle arrives in the U.S., the buyer is responsible for U.S. Customs clearance
We can assist with the paperwork on the Canadian side to make sure the export process goes smoothly.
Are there any taxes involved in shipping the car from Canada to the United States?

Bid in the amount of $46,911
Love the look of this one. Very nice.
It appears the 25% tariff applies if you import a vehicle from Canada to the US that is not 25 years or older.
@GLHatWFO Thank you for the explanation! Please note that regardless of the buyer’s location, we can help coordinate the full import process and ensure a smooth delivery to your home
Easiest way to import a vehicle from Canada is to retain a Customs Broker. Their fees are reasonable and totally worth it.
Lastly, since this is a used vehicle, duty rate is 2.5%. The 15% tariff applies to entry on new vehicles.
As always, do your own DD and this is one sweet Porsche.
Bid in the amount of $45,000
Nice beast! Is there a chance to please obtain detailed photos of all certification/compliance labels (door jamb, under-hood, emissions, etc.)? Thanks!
@10figs I’m not entirely sure, as it really depends on U.S. customs regulations and the state where you’ll be registering the car. From what I understand, import duties are usually around 15%, but I could be mistaken. I’d recommend verifying that information on your end just to be safe.
@plott Hi!
There shouldn’t be any major issues, but the process will depend on your state’s DMV requirements. Since the car has a Canadian title (Québec), it will first need to go through U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to be properly imported and registered in the U.S.
Once it’s cleared through customs and you have the necessary paperwork — typically the EPA and DOT compliance forms (HS-7 and 3520-1) and the U.S. Customs entry summary (CBP 7501) — you’ll be able to register it in New Mexico like any other imported vehicle.
If you’re buying from me here in Québec, I can help provide all the required export documents for smooth registration.
What is the current tariff % for import to USA?
On the same topic... Emission test or standards different in Canada? Less or more stringent?
Hi.. Is there any differences or excentricities to reregistering the car in my home state (NM) with a Canadian title?

@R_R8T3D Hello he paddles were mounted using 3M adhesive. As for the third set of wheels, I’ll ask @pcarmarket to upload some photos as soon as I receive them from my client.Thank you.
@DubVu Not a single one!
The customer only did the delivery at the track when the car was purchased brand new, but it was never actually used for full track days the way we usually enjoy them.
Keep in mind, the owner also has a GT3 RS and other models specifically for that type of activity.
Thank you!
@Hokiefan1 hey @Hokiefan1 you’re looking at around 680 wheel horsepower (WHP) on a safe tune.
You’ll probably find more detailed answers on Rennlist or other 911 forums.
Thank you !
Any photos of the other other wheels? Also are the paddle extensions just on with 3m or completely new paddles?
How many track days does this car have?
Any idea how much extra hp from upgrades?
