Created by the foremost Shelby-licensed Cobra replica builder of over 25 years, the Superformance MKIII combines an unmistakable design with modern improvements, including Bilstein coilovers, power-assisted Wildwood disc brakes, and electronic gauges. This 2025 example is finished in custom Grigio Telesto paint over a black leather over a black leather interior with optional Alcantara trim and red double-stitching. It also showcases the optional Blackout trim package, a MKIII-R front splitter, LED headlights, black ceramic-coated side pipes, a leather steering wheel, pushbutton ignition, and black 18” Hallibrand-style wheels. Freshly assembled as a complete rolling chassis and ready to receive the drivetrain combination of its first owner’s choice, this Superformance MKIII-R is now being offered for auction out of Florida.

The car is built using a heavy-duty TIG-welded ladder frame chassis with hand-laminated fiberglass bodywork. This example has been finished in Ferrari’s Grigio Telesto color using custom two-stage paint. Equipment includes the optional Blackout trim package, a black and red racing stripe, a MKIII-R front splitter, LED headlights, wind wings, a black driver’s roll hoop, a driver’s side mirror, quick-jack bumperettes, a Monza-style fuel filler, and a tonneau cover. The car rides on optional 18” Hallibrand-style wheels finished in black with matching spinners, custom red pinstripes, and Nitto NT555 tires. Optional black ceramic-coated exhaust side pipes are not pictured and will be included in the sale.

The black leather interior features optional red double-stitching and Alcantara upholstery for the dashboard, transmission tunnel, and seat centers. Accessories include bucket seats with ventilation grommets, a three-spoke leather steering wheel, tinted sun visors, a dashboard-mounted rearview mirror, electronic gauges, an ignition button, footwell heaters, and a locking glovebox.

There is no drivetrain equipped, and the car is ready to accommodate a variety of big block V8 engines and transmissions of the new owner’s choice. The rolling chassis features a Ford 8.8” rear end with a 3.55:1 gear set, independent suspension with Bilstein coilovers, rack-and-pinion steering, and power-assisted disc brakes with Wilwood 4-piston front calipers. The seller has offered to coordinate with the new owner on a drivetrain selection and facilitate the installation.

This car has yet to be titled and is offered for sale with a manufacturer’s statement of origin.

The seller would like you to know:  "This is a brand new Superformance Mark III, and it is being sold as a roller. It is equipped with everything except a motor and transmission, which can be installed by one of our trusted installers. We are happy to guide you through that process and welcome you into the Superformance family."
