The first 964-generation 911 Turbo was produced between 1991 and 1992, featuring distinctive wide bodywork, a familiar Tea tray rear spoiler, uprated brakes and suspension, and a turbocharged 3.3-liter flat-six engine paired with a 5-speed G50 manual transaxle. One of only 309 cars configured for the U.S. market during the model year, this 1992 example was sold new to Yankee Candle founder Michael Kitteridge and later passed to his personal car handler, who maintained it until the selling dealer’s acquisition. Finished in Black over matching leather upholstery, it comes equipped with optional electrically height-adjustable Sport Seats, a leather trim around the parking brake handle, an electric sunroof, and colored Porsche crest center caps. A true collector’s item with excellent provenance, this 964 Turbo is now being offered for auction out of Connecticut with just over 24k miles showing on the odometer.

Based on the standard 964 Carrera 2, the Turbo features widened fender flares, rockers, and bumpers along with sleek aero mirrors, dual exhaust outlets, and a Tea Tray rear spoiler. This example is finished in Black and comes equipped with headlamp washers, fog lights, an electric sunroof, a rear window wiper, and 17” Cup wheels with colored Porsche crest center caps. The seller indicates the exterior is in excellent overall condition, and very minor paintwork was previously performed on the right rear quarter. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.

The Black leather interior features optional electric height-adjustable Sport Seats and extended leather trim below and behind the parking brake handle. Other accessories include a four-spoke leather steering wheel, automatic climate control, power windows, a central locking system, Porsche-branded floor mats, a Blaupunkt Stuttgart cassette stereo, and an onboard computer that shows a trip odometer, temperature, speed, and turbocharger boost pressure. The cabin is said to be in superb original condition.

For the 964 Turbo, the 3.3-liter M30/69 engine was adapted from the previous 930 model and enhanced with revised cylinders and camshafts, an improved exhaust system, a larger intercooler, and an updated K27 turbocharger with higher boost pressure, resulting in an output of 320 HP. The rear wheels are driven by a 5-speed G50 manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The Turbo is equipped with larger brakes than a standard Carrera 2 and features a lower, stiffer suspension. The seller indicates annual services have been kept up to date.

@dunavantent @dunavantent. You should buy a Porsche for performance, not leather, and theirs isn't great anyway.

Hello everyone, Thank you Pcar and everyone for the comments and bids. Looking forward to a fun auction. @cobalt thank you for bringing that to our attention. Honestly not sure why the 6 is on that sticker looks like someone added it and it can be easily removed. I will upload what i have for service records. Mr. Kittredge had a factory trained Porsche technician in house to service his extensive Porsche Collection.
@dunavantent I agree it is a gorgeous example but sport seats and leather dash doesn't make it a 3.6T. The 3.6 is the holy grail. 😉
@seller I'm scratching my head over this but can you explain why this car has the .06 suffix CIS intake from a 3.6T and not the .05 from a 3.3T? It shows a suffix with a 6 pasted over the sticker which is odd. The .06 was a modified box to work with R134 lines which sit differently, but this car is R12. It appears 2 of the oil return tubes were replaced. Was any other work done to the engine? Also the windshield shows to be replaced. Any info on why and when? Any maintenance records?
This car appears to be relatively original. The suspension would be the same ride height as the stock C2/C4 US spec. Which this appears to be. Leather dash is subjective as they shrink but this appears to be very well preserved. Clearly had an owner who cared. It even comes with a proper complete tool kit which is rare these days. Assuming meter readings show below 7's I suspect this will bring strong money. GL

This 3.3 Turbo blows away any 3.6 Turbo. Why?.... Flawless Sport seats with full leather interior including a full leather dash. Rare combination that we don't see.

@seller wow! What a special rare car! Please post paint meter readings of the car. Thank you
