Available for auction is a factory illuminated Porsche dealership sign with restored steel frame. The seller states this illuminated sign was removed from a Porsche dealership in the 90’s and put into storage, leaving it in original collector grade condition. This sign measures 100x75 cm, is internally neon illuminated, and is currently wired for a European outlet. The seller states the sign is in good condition only displaying minor signs of weathering due to it being used primarily outdoors. Original memorabilia is hard to come by as dealerships are instructed by Porsche to destroy them. Don't miss your opportunity to add a rare piece of Porsche history to your collection. @911reasons yes the front part is retro- painted plexiglass, and the cabinet is made of metal.
And Yes inside are neons

I have had one of these in my collection for about 40 years. Beautiful rare vintage sign. Mine is in original condition and 110Volt. The refinished cabinet on this one looks fantastic versus the original finish on mine. Question: is the value increased or decreased with the refinished cabinet? Either way the new owner will be thrilled adding this to their collection.

I am assuming the sign is made of plastic and painted on the back side? Are you sure that the light inside is neon?
