@nspack It is Black. That measurement was outside to outside. I felt like it didn't block anything. Let me see if I can find a better picture of when it was on my car.
Great looking steering wheel!
Is the leather and Alcantara black? In the pictures it appears to be gray, but it may just be the lighting. I have a 997TT with black interior. Also, is the 13 1/4" measurement to the inside of the wheel or outside? Lastly, when it was installed on your 997, were you able to clearly see the tach, or was your view partially blocked?

You're welcome. Yes air bag comes with it. I paid almost 2000.00 for this wheel BTW.
