Available for auction is a truly exceptional and genuinely preserved piece of automotive history: an original Ferrari dealer showroom clock that hails from the renowned Italian sign maker Neon Modena. Crafted exclusively for Ferrari, this clock bears witness to a golden era of automotive excellence. Previously showcased at one of the United Kingdom's oldest Ferrari franchises, it exudes an aura of authenticity and heritage that's hard to replicate.

The clock's journey through time is awe-inspiring. Believed to have graced the dealership's from the early 1990s up until the turn of the millennium, it held a special place within the showroom. According to the seller, it was acquired directly from the family of a former director of the Ferrari board after his passing.

Functionality meets elegance with this battery-operated Quartz clock. Its precision timekeeping remains as remarkable as the day it was created. The original clock hands, which have witnessed the passage of time, still grace its face, connecting the present with the past.

While the clock has undergone some refurbishments, including the replacement of the neon tubes and rear backing due to prior damage, its essence remains unaltered. The contemporary fluorescent lighting that adorns it adds a touch of modernity while staying true to its roots. The solid aluminum casing, which embraces the clock, stands as a testament to its enduring quality. Displaying only minor age-related marks and stains, it bears no dents or significant blemishes, preserving its integrity.

The clock's screen, unmarred by any damage, captivates with its daytime charm, only to transform into a mesmerizing spectacle when illuminated. Measuring just under 31.5" in height, nearly 24" in length, and just under 4" in depth, its proportions are the epitome of balanced design.

Undeniably significant and possibly one of the rarest Ferrari Dealership signs in existence, this piece radiates an undeniable aura of exclusivity. This auction offers a rare opportunity to own a piece of automotive history that transcends time and resonates with the heart and soul of Ferrari's storied past. The buyer is responsible for shipping, handling, and fees.

@dino70089 Good evening and thank you for the message yesterday.

Please pardon me for being rather late in responding as I have been attending to some urgent matters at work this past 24 hours.

The sign has a UK plug attached and operates on 230V 50hz.

If I can help with anything else please just let me know.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Kind regards

I didn't see any mention of the type of plug on the electrical cord and if it's 220v or something else.

@dino70089 A warm welcome to the auction and thank you so much for the bid earlier this morning.

At present I don’t have a crate for this particular sign but I was going to use a rather large box with ample and considerate packaging inside. I have never created my own crate before but if this was a stipulation or preference then I will oblige and do all that I can. This would increase the shipping cost due to the custom nature of the request and it will take me some additional time to manufacture one.

Shipping to the US is not a problem. I have estimated the cost to be in the region of $220 but please note this is an estimate only using my intended packaging materials. The exact cost will be determined once the sign has been fully and carefully packaged as it is at that stage the exact dimensions and weight will be known.

I have noticed your success in winning some lovely signs as of late - your collection now must be wonderful.

    All the very best,

    Kind regards

I presume this item would be crated. What would be shipping cost to US, fully insured?

Hello everyone and thank you for viewing this auction.

Firstly I wish to thank @Bankrep40 for placing a bid on this special item. I sincerely appreciate all the bids and the interest you have shown in my family’s other items as well.

I just want to let everyone know that worldwide shipping of this special sign is available. As of yet I have not packaged the sign as it is currently in storage, however I have listed below an estimated cost of the shipping based on the dimensions:

    UK - £60
    Europe - €150
    U.S.A. - $220

The price may vary slightly (possibly less and possibly a little more). I am always keen to make sure items are very well packaged and as a result the shipping estimation may change slightly. I always use UPS where possible and each item is fully insured against damage or loss. Furthermore, I do not charge for the actual packaging of the items as I have an abundance of packaging material in storage. The only cost would be for the actual courier itself.

If anyone has any questions please just let me know. Due to my current working and personal commitments and the time zone difference, there may be a slight delay in my response. However, I will always reply to any message as soon as I can.

Thank you once again to everyone for the interest you have shown and I wish you all the very best of success in the auction.

    Kind regards
