Available for auction is a 8’ Scripted Chevrolet Neon Sign. This masterfully crafted neon sign has been meticulously hand crafted exclusively from raw materials in Southern Illinois. The overall construction of the sign took shape with real neon glass that has been fabricated at a high-level from fir to finish and from form to function.



All components of this sign including the steel can, steel trim ring, and sign face have all been engineered, CAD drawn, and laser cut from raw substrate materials providing an exceptionally high level of assembly precision. The shiny word “Chevrolet” has been CAD drawn and laser cut from a raw 5’ X 10’ sheet of 1/8” thick, brushed, 304 STAINLESS STEEL for a very elegant look, the steel can and steel trim ring parts all laser cut from a raw, 5’ X 10’ sheet of 16-gauge hot rolled steel, all hand fabricated and welded together with gloss black powder coated finish. The sign is powered by a standard 110v plug.



The steel can accepts 16” on center stud wall mounting provisions and can also be hung overhead with heavy duty lifting lugs pre-installed on fabricated steel can. The sign uses real 200 style porcelain neon electrode housings throughout the sign face. The sign measures approximately 8’ in length with a height of 32”. This seller states the sign is new and in brand new pristine condition and the sign will include an expertly crated, heavy duty wooden crate for safe transportation/shipping to your location.
