In 2003, Ford reintroduced the Mach 1 package on the New Edge platform as part of its heritage program, featuring design elements reminiscent of the 1969 model. Production ceased after the 2004 model year with the debut of the fifth-generation Mustang. This 2003 example comes finished in Torch Red over a Dark Charcoal interior and has been extensively modified with an aftermarket driveshaft, exhaust, air filter, nitrous tank, and more. Showing approximately 3,700 miles on the odometer, this Mach 1 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Ohio.

This generation's Mach 1 presents an aggressive exterior design with refined aerodynamics and notable elements including racing stripes, a “shaker” hood scoop, and model-specific logos. Other details include prominent rocker panels, body side scoops, a front air-dam extension, and a rear decklid spoiler. This example comes finished in the traditional shade of Torch Red and rides on 17” 5-spoke wheels dressed in Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires from 2019. Additional images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.

The driver-focused cabin is trimmed in Dark Charcoal leather. Equipment includes a leather-wrapped steering wheel, power-adjustable Comfort Weave sport seats, rear bench seats, Mach 1 branded floor mats, a polished aluminum shift knob, silver trim, and alloy pedals. Amenities include a 6-disc CD changer and power windows, door locks, and side mirrors. All gauges, electronics, and accessories are reported to be working properly.

Beneath the hood lies a 90-degree DOHC 32-valve 4.6L V8 engine, factory rated at 305 HP and 320 lb.-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual transmission. Upgrades consist of an aftermarket driveshaft, rear exhaust & manifolds, air filter, and a nitrous injection system. The stock components are said to accompany the sale.

This sale will include a clean title.

The seller would like you to know: “The car comes with all the original stock parts that have been modified! This is a rare find and a very collectible Mustang, The Mach 1 has only been produced for a few years in the last half of a century. The car is in mint condition and might as well be brand new.”

@copperbullitt The car is a 5-speed manual. sorry for that error on the listing. We will fix that. The mods we are aware of include, aftermarket exhaust and manifolds, rear end, fuel pump, and a nitrous tank. All stock parks that have been modified will be included with the car including the original tires. The mods were done by the first owner so we do not have all the details on who did them however the car runs and drives very well.

  • CopperBullitt (registered bidder) 8 monthsago

5 speed or 6 speed trans. ? Were the mods. done by the first or second owner ? Thanks
