@defros The dealer just got back to me regarding the bike in the pictures. You are correct the pictures are of the display at the dealership which is the regular cross. The dealer sent me pictures of the display which I thought was the same but you are correct; the pictures are of a Cross and not the performance. Be that as it may, up for sale is the Cross Performance which retails for $14,250. I guarantee it and will pay for shipping and return shipping if it isn't.
I do not feel comfortable with having the box opened and undoing the packaging. As you can see in the last few pictures it's still unopened and is still at the dealership which is where it will ship from.

Are you sure this is the cross-performance bike? The bike pictured is the regular cross.
