A celebration of Porsche’s sports car heritage, the limited-edition 911 Sport Classic is based on a contemporary 992 Turbo S Coupe with unique bodywork, retro styling elements, and a 7-speed manual transmission sending power to the rear wheels. Designated as #1016 of 1250 examples produced worldwide, this 2023 Porsche 911 Sport Classic is finished in the Paint to Sample color of Slate Grey over a Black and Classic Cognac Heritage Design Interior. It was also optioned with Power Steering Plus, sun visors in Race-Tex, power-folding exterior mirrors, Surround View, Lane Change Assist (LCA), Ambient Lighting, under-door puddle light projectors, and Burmester High-End Surround Sound System, The car was acquired by the seller from its second owner, who purchased it as a Porsche-Approved Certified Pre-Owned vehicle in November 2024. This 911 Sport Classic is now available for auction out of Florida by the Illinois-based selling dealer with under 1k miles showing on the odometer.
The 911 Sport Classic shares wide bodywork with the 911 Turbo, made unique by a lightweight carbon fiber hood, a double-bubble roof, the absence of rear air intakes, and a fixed ducktail spoiler inspired by the Carrera RS. It comes with LED headlights in black, painted side skirts, gold-colored model lettering, historic 1963-style Porsche crests, gloss black brake calipers, and Fuchs-style 20”/21” Turbo Exclusive Design alloy wheels. This example is finished in the historic Paint to Sample color of Slate Grey (6601) and features optional power-folding mirrors, the Exterior Silver Accent Package, under-door puddle light projectors, and Exclusive Design taillights.
The two-tone Heritage Design Interior is crafted by Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur using Black and Classic Cognac leather upholstery accented by Pepita cloth inlays on the seats and door panels. It features a perforated Race-Tex headliner, 911 Sport Classic door sill plates, a serialized dashboard limitation badge, and a retro-style tachometer with green markings. This example is also equipped with optional sun visors in Race-Tex, pedals and footrest in aluminum, leather trim inlays, Ambient Lighting, Surround View, and Burmester High-End Surround Sound System.
Up to 543 HP and 442 lb-ft of torque is sent to the rear wheels from a twin-turbocharged 3.7-liter flat-six engine and a 7-speed manual transmission. Standard equipment includes Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV), Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), Rear Axle Steering, the Sport Chrono Package, PASM Sport suspension, Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC), and a modified Sport Exhaust system. This car remains covered by the original factory warranty through April 14, 2027.
This sale will include the original window sticker, owner’s manuals, a car cover, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “For modern day collector grade Porsches, few cars can compete with a paint to sample Sport Classic. The color of Slate Grey 6601 was a factory color for the Porsche 356 in the 1960s, and it has a very nice brownish hue that pairs perfectly with the Classic Cognac interior. We have just had the car serviced, and it is turnkey ready to go for the new owner. We are an authorized Porsche dealer, and we can provide you with a trade-in number on your vehicle if you have a trade-in. And if you would like to finance, we can also facilitate that. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. Thanks again and happy bidding!”

@EHBM1978 Yes it has 100% original paint. It is completely stock/original other than Heritage decals that were removed by the second owner which could be ordered through the parts department should the winning bidder like to have a set. The car comes with everything it was delivered with when new, including the original window sticker, books and both keys.
Can you confirm that the vehicle is 100% original with no paintwork?
@porschedriver958 Thank you, yes the car is in Palm Beach, FL and will ship to the new owner from there.
Bid in the amount of $477,000
*apologies* just saw that vehicle is in Palm Beach.
Can confirm that Isringhausen is a very reputable organization with good folks. Not really sure of what a “strategic partnership” might entail—however auction indicates vehicle is in Palm Beach. Isringhausen is in Springfield, IL. Where is the vehicle located?

Bid in the amount of $463,000
@TargaKid17 Isringhausen is one of the new strategic partners of PCARMARKET, amongst others. An exciting new chapter for the business. More news to follow soon! Happy bidding, this is a very special car!!
@vcp13 the car does not have any PPF. It does not have any rock chips or scratches anywhere.
Does the car have full or partial PPF?
Is it true that the owner of this site is also the selling party?
Bid in the amount of $460,250
@JCLautosport Thank you, the car is in Palm Beach.
Is this car currently in palm beach? or at the dealership in Illinois?
@rcfaili thank you
@TomC the wing is fixed and it does not obstruct your vision when looking through the rearview mirror like a GT3 rear wing
@TomC Highly encourage you to drive a few Porsches. Rear visibility is not an issue and frankly - at speed - is among the lowest priorities for most.
@BLWR993 😂
@targakid17 didn't you just win something else recently on here or BAT? you already passed what my highest bid was going to be! this is special car and I hope you get it!!
@tomc the ducktail is fixed, its doesn't move live a standard Carrera.
Is the rear deck fixed or does it raise up like the Carrera model? Seems it would be hard to see out the back window when at speed??
Just curious thanks
@porschedriver958 Thank you! It is being sold by our dealership Isringhausen Porsche.
@BLWR993 thank you for the bid @TargaKid17
@Dutchburgess that’s a good question, not sure how many were made in this color, but this is the only one in the US that we are aware of in Slate 6601. The car is in perfect condition. There are no chips or scratches anywhere to note on the car. The title is in our dealership’s name and it will be sold to the winning bidder by Isringhausen Porsche. We also offer financing if the winning bidder would like to finance.
Love this. Good luck with the sale. Being sold by a Porsche dealer or independent?
OK then LOL

Do you know how many Sport Classic's were painted in Slate Grey 6601?
Any chips, scratches, road rash, anomalies on the paint, or wheels?
Is the Clear Title in the dealerships name, or the previous owner in Illinois?
Bid in the amount of $100,000
Welcome to the auction of our stunning paint to sample Slate Grey 6601 Sport Classic. This historic color from the 1960s couldn’t be more beautiful and it suits the car perfectly with its heritage interior in Classic Cognac and pepita. The car is located in Palm Beach, FL and the two year service was just performed this week. An overrev report was also done while in for service and it is attached in the gallery showing only a few revs in range one and zero in ranges two through six. The car has also been paint metered on the non carbon panels as well as inspected and it has 100% original paint. It originally came with the heritage livery and start number, but it was removed by the previous owner. These graphics can be ordered through the Porsche parts department again if someone would like to add them back. Please feel free to reach out with any questions and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If there is a vehicle you would like to trade, please send us the details and we will get back to you with a trade in number. Thank you and happy bidding!
