The seller would like you to know: "Purchased 2021, clean Carfax, 1 owner. Primarily a daily driver with some track days. As a PCA-certified national instructor, and MSF level two instructor I spend most of my track days, mentoring and teaching at PCA and numerous other track clubs. Track days average about 15 days a year again only averaging two or three sessions per day due to instruction requirements. only one mechanic doesn’t work as he has been my mechanic for 20 years. All was changed every 4th to 5th track day and all brake fluid changed and bled for every track weekend. The car has a PPF track wrapping and ceramic. It is professionally detailed every two weeks and after every track session. Additionally, the sale will become a new track PPF “still in the box“. The car has been garage-kept in the same room as my wine cellar and gym. Paragraph reason for selling I am receiving a turbo S 2025 in January and I’m in line for the next allocation for a GT3 RS. Otherwise, this car would never leave my garage. I would welcome any questions. Cheers."

Porsche’s New Car Limited Warranty lasts for four years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. Porsche’s warranty includes both bumper-to-bumper and powertrain warranty coverage. It covers most mechanical and electrical parts when defective in materials or workmanship. The car was purchased 10/21 and effective until 10/25 . An extended warranty can be purchased as long as it is done before the end of the factory warranty, which is listed above
No warranty extension . The car will continue under Porsche Warranty until 10/21/25 . My friends who have bought my used Porsches in the past all between 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 years old when sold were able to buy comprehensive extended warranties.
Bid in the amount of $183,000
@lkbtwins is there a warranty extension in place?
Not sure , if not I will get them for ya
Do you have the tow hook cover caps?
Bid in the amount of $182,000
Bid in the amount of $181,000
And yes I will share service records as well as offer a contact with by mechanic who has serviced all of my 911’s including 3 GT-3’s for the last 20 years .
I don’t have a PPI , but I have no reservations about getting one and including buyer satisfaction in a sell agreement
@lkbtwins good morning. Will you be able to share the service records and PPI (if you have it)?
Bid in the amount of $180,000
Always aligned to factory specs . I actually have two sets of Michelin cup twos ( one set in my garage with about 70% tread and second set on the car with 50% tread. )Those have been on the OEM WHEELS which have never seen a track day. I have a second set of FORGELINE Wheel/tire combo that was used for track. The set with 50% tread was on the car when the car was delivered.
@lkbtwins, how many sets of tires have you gone thru during your ownership, and how is the current alignment? Have you aligned the car out of factory specs?
Thanks in advance
I know this car and driver- he’s a former instructor of mine. He treats the car like a newborn baby- covered when not driving at track events and superb maintenance..OCD😂. Yes, it’s been driven on the track but that’s what Porsche GT cars were meant to be used for. I’ve put 20000 miles on a Cayman GTS, almost all track miles , and the car drove as well as the day I bought it. My last car a GT4, 13000 miles , 10000 +
Truly, Porsche…There is no substitute 😎
Bid in the amount of $102,222
Also, any chance a PPI has been completed? If so, please share the report. Thank you
Rotors are six months , pads 3 months, will post service later this evening when I am home
Can you share the last service record from Porsche?
Also, when were the brakes last replaced?
@Lkbtwins thank you for getting this information.
Good morning all, I was able to get a price on possible removal and carpet replacement of the half cage , $750 - $850. That would be to get it back to original cosmetic and functional appearance . Cheers

I will get a price on cage removal from my installer GMP Performance in Lake Norman, NC and notify you this morning
Hi, can you opine on how difficult it would be to remove the after market roll cage that was installed.
Bid in the amount of $46,000

The car has never been touched on or off track . I have never had an off track incident in driving on track since 2004.
Bid in the amount of $45,000
Bid in the amount of $40,000
PPF IS EXTRA AT WHEEL WELLS , further on hood and headlamps . As I stated I have an extra set of PPF to go with sale .
The car has never been touched on or off track . I have never had an off track incident in driving on track since 2004. I backed into a small post , I can send high def photos if ya like . I am an HPDE only and spend most of my track days in the students car , not mine. At 73 years of age I am quite conservative on track. Reason for selling I have a Turbo S . Cheers
Bid in the amount of $35,000
What were the paint defects on the rear bumper caused by? Was this ever part of actual wheel-to-wheel racing or was it driven only on HPDE events with no contact to other vehicles? Also, what's the difference between track PPF and actual PPF? Thanks
Thank you
No chips , there are a few PPF Chips on the front . I also have a PPF Wrap “ in the box” that will be included in the sale . Cheers
On picture 11 are those stone chips below the right headlight at the bumper seam? Is that PPF damage or paint?
Bid in the amount of $30,000
Not sure how the 2023 came up ? IT IS A 2022! Thanks for noticing that
Oil changed after every track weekend or 2,000 miles whichever came first. About 35 track days over three years . Still warranty til 10/26 . Cheers
Bid in the amount of $25,000
@porschedriver958, I know right, doesn't make sense to me either. The owner bought it for himself to enjoy and indeed he did with those miles I salute the owner.
Hilarious that a car that was designed and engineered for track use, receives such criticism for potentially being used on track…..
@xraydelta1 Good catch. Carfax also says 2022.
Sticker says 2022. Headline in listing and car summary at top says 2023?
Those tow hooks just cost the seller $15k
Nothing says I've never tracked the car like a rear tow hook displayed in the for sale photos
:)
Nice driver, wish it was a manual, only 100 miles away from me! How many track days?
