Drawn with inspiration from six decades of James Bond, the 60 Years of Bond Moke Edition commemorates the iconic history of 007. Moke America’s newest partnership with EON Productions and 007 serves as a heartfelt tribute to the captivating world of James Bond Films. The Moke has appeared in four 007 movies: You Only Live Twice (1967), Live and Let Die (1973), The Spy Who Loved Me (1977), and Moonraker (1979). Stored inside a climate-controlled garage, this special edition example is now being offered for auction by its seller out of New York with under 50 miles on the odometer.
Each 007 edition comes finished in Midnight Blue with a tan Bimini-style soft top. It rides on black-finished wheels dressed in new Minnell tires. Commemorative “60 007” designations decorate each side of the hood and rear fenders. Equipment also includes black-finished hood latches, black-finished rearview mirrors, Moke-branded mudflaps, and a rear-mounted spare tire. Additional images are provided in the gallery.
The 2+2 open cabin features tan polyurethane upholstered seats, an elegant wooden steering wheel with a “007” designation, a wooden gear shift knob, and a “Mango Tree” adorned dashboard. Amenities include a backup camera, a speaker system with Bluetooth and USB inputs, and Moke-branded rubber floor mats.
For the United States market, the Moke has been reborn as a battery-powered low-speed vehicle (LSV). It is powered by a 12-kWh electric motor generating 20 HP and 70 lb.-ft of torque sent to the front wheels allowing for a top speed of 25 MPH. The 1-speed direct-drive transmission is connected to a shifter with forward, neutral, and reverse positions.
This Moke will be sold with a bill of sale.
