The seller would like you to know: "This has been my personal vehicle since November of last year. I did the build myself in early 2022. Always garaged and kept in immaculate condition. I am upgrading to a larger Defender 130 to match my wife's Defender 110. No other reason for selling besides a growing family and the release of the bigger Defender. No known flaws or blemishes, and about $10k in aftermarket upgrades (wheels, tires, PPF, window tint, etc)."

My last interjection, unless anyone has questions, I can very easily deliver this anywhere from Seattle to Minneapolis St. Paul. I typically fly, but could certainly drive and drop off somewhere in between.

Absolutely, they will be included if the new buyer wants them. They are in Minneapolis/Saint Paul all boxed up at my house there.
Do the original wheels happen to be included in the sale? May have missed that if it's in the listing already.
Bid in the amount of $100,250
Last day of the auction, this basically a brand new Range Rover with a lot of great options and upgrades.
Reserve is significantly lower than what I’ve got into it, and dealerships out west are still charging $15k-$40k markups. Plus lead times. You will not be disappointed with this vehicle.
Found it. Thank you.

@Chevelle1969 I dug up the actual window sticker from my dealer paperwork, and a few other items. Posting now. Very well optioned.
@Chevelle1969 It’s picture 119. That’s the electronic version they emailed me when it was built and I picked it up.
Can you please provide the window sticker. Thank you.
At the lake for the weekend, posting driving videos now. Added a photo of the Range Rover with our 2 Defenders. Not relevant, but shows we’re fans of Land Rovers, ha.

Just a couple quick notes on questions:
-The green protective film is still on the all the door sills except for driver side, I just never got to taking them off
-I will do a driving video in the next day or so, but it’s essentially a new car, no issues and under warranty, so it will just be around town and on the highway for a bit
-I purchased all the factory rubber LR mats, including for rear cargo space
Any specific requests, don’t hesitate to message me direct! I’m fine with email/call/text correspondence.

@ Porscheman81 Payoff is $70k, I have the title in hand and will just do a wire as soon as seller funds clear. I can payoff today, but seems like a bad move with the rate I locked in. I would prefer to wait until it sells.
When I called on the extended warranties, I was told any unused portion would be credited back at a pro-rated amount (I haven't used any services). And that it could be transferred, but only to a private party, not a dealership. It seemed a little complicated to include it, especially if a dealer buys this, so I intend to work with the buyer after the sale. I have all the paperwork, and can make sure any interested buyer has whatever they need for info. Again, I purchased these plans direct from the LR dealer.
I do have the factory wheels, but they are at my house in the St. Paul, MN. I will add a photo of the vehicle with them installed, and will absolutely include them. We would just need to work out how to get them to the buyer.

what's the payoff and could you explain the "warranty deal"...I've never heard of a dealer giving money back to current owner of leased car they are selling...i would think the great deal you got would be part of the extras included by you to the next owner therefore driving a higher sale price...Thanks for educating me so i better understand. And do you have the original wheels/tires ?
Did i miss the picture of the sticker ?
Do you have the window sticker. Thank you.
First off, the PCar crew has been fantastic to work with. They had my listing up in less than 48 hours. That being said, I was not able to get a full interior and exterior detail, so I apologize for anything that might look dirty. Don't hesitate to ask for additional photos.
As mentioned, I ordered this new, and have really been to the only one to drive/ride in it. I picked it up in the Midwest, and drove it back to Montana/Idaho.
Long story short we ordered this to replace my wife's L405. About a month after order, her car was totaled, and I bought an L322 for her to drive. 2 weeks later, a local dealership out here had a Defender 110 in Eiger Grey that someone backed out on. We checked it out, and bought it. My wife loves it, as it seems to have more space than the Range Rover. I drove this 2023 for about 7 months, and with a growing family, have decided on a Defender 130.
No stories, no issues, this is basically a perfect and brand new Range Rover with a lot of desirable options.
I did negotiate a great deal on extended warranties at the Land Rover dealership (full vehicle warranty, wheel and tire, key fob, etc), and those could be sold at a discount if interested. They do not come with the car, but can be transferred to a private party. Otherwise, I just get a pro-rated refund from the dealer. I can provide details, I think it's worth it based on the coverage and what I paid.
I am very particular about my vehicles, so have no concerns about condition. It is currently stored in my larger garage, but I will probably drive it a bit over the next week or so. Any questions, feel free to contact me direct. Thanks!
