The third generation Aston Martin DBS evokes the brand's iconic high-performance grand tourer of the 1960s with a fastback design and classic styling cues. This DBS is now being offered for auction by its seller out of New York while showing just over 1k miles on the odometer.
Finished in China Grey, this Aston Martin features an aluminum body structure, and a carbon fiber hood, trunk lid, fender vents, front splitter, and rear diffuser. Options include a Gloss Black Roof Panel, as well as the Gloss Black Exterior Badge Pack, the Tinted 2x2 Twill Gloss Carbon Fiber Upper and Lower Packs, bronze-painted brake calipers, 21” Forged Twinspoke wheels finished in Gloss Black wrapped in Pirelli P Zero tires, and quad, black-finished exhaust outlets. Additional equipment includes LED headlights, rain-sensing wipers, and power-folding heated side mirrors. The seller notes that full paint protection film has been applied. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with paint meter readings and a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is appointed with All Black Metallic Semi-Aniline leather featuring Aston Martin logo-embroidered heated and ventilated power-adjustable front seats and Satin Dark Chrome Jewellery. It has been optioned with the Inspire Monotone package, a Bang & Olufsen BeoSound Audio system, and an umbrella. Best of luck to all in these final moments. This is an exceptional DBS.
@racer355, all day the DBS is a better car. I have owned a Vanquish S , good car, but the DBS is the top of the heap. Good luck today.
@JDCar599 I was just stating the price point for a Vantage versus a DBS. They will both depreciate, but one is the top of the line Aston. Just car guy banter on my behalf. I would personally want the DBS for that kind of money, what about ?

I'm not sure why seller is comparing this car to the Vantage that did not meet reserve on BaT. The earlier comment about $265K not being a high enough bid on BaT was regarding this exact car that did not meet reserve. There certainly are far more active users on that site than this one but I guess you never know. Wonderful car but they have "normal" depreciation......unlike the crazy stuff that happens with some Ferrari/Porsche models.

Beautiful DBS, hard to believe they charge $400 for an optional umbrella, that should be standard equipment!
Wishing everyone a Happy and Healthy 4th!

Please let us know if anyone may have any questions. I will say, this is quite the top of the line DBS in comparison to the following Vantage which was a no sale on BaT today. I hope everyone will agree, the Vantage is nice, but however specially appointed with options, it isn't that nice and still not the top of line Aston. Just my opinion and a comparison.
Good luck to all.

It is brand new!
$265K wasn’t even close to the reserve on BaT, so bidders should start there. Beautiful car though
Welcome to our auction all. This DBS is absolutely exceptional throughout and has been in proper collector ownership from new. It was traded by a client who already had a DBS Volante and wanted a special DB4 for his collection. We were happy to oblige. lt does not get better than this, in my opinion. It is the embodiment of exclusivity, power, class, comfort, and elegance. Aston Martin executed this perfectly and it just does everything right. We will be here through the duration of the auction to address any questions. Bid with confidence and good luck to all.
