    I just spoke to 2 dealers and have just been told the smaller dealer has NO GT3 allocation and a list with 12 names on it, all repeat customers. The larger dealer, in Charlotte NC told me I might get a GTS next year BECAUSE I am a repeat customer. Porsche is on the move to DC power, sad as that is. I was on the Nurburgring and Nordschleiffe 2 weeks ago. You could walk a quarter mile and never step on anything but a Porsche hood.

    To seller you did an amazing job spec’ing this out.
    Color is on point and the silver touches are great.

    @artdeckco I simply don’t understand how you don’t Understand ceramic coatings are important and benefit the vehicle. Also badging, this is a race touring spec. Not a base 911. @porsche usuing badging and their name all over their race team vehicles. Special edition vehicles. Commemorative editions. Etc…. It’s a badge to be proud of. Hence these are raising in value during crazy times while others are depreciating.
    Rude unnecessary comments are not for an auction place. Asking questions on things that may concern you are completely fair. But a personal negative opinion on a decal or an Option you may not like…? No thank you. Trolls and bullies aren’t cool.

    The blue with grey contrast is beautiful. Amazing spec with touring and PDK. Very unique and I say…. Bravo sir!

  • Lefty17 (seller) 2 years, 3 monthsago

    @Artdeckco It’s not helpful ! It’s not a Porsche forum and you’re personal opinions only matter to you if you’re interested in owning this car ! I personally believe it’s rude to critique another’s persons dream with you’re personal tastes!
    Now bid or remove yourself from this auction !

  • Artdeckco (registered bidder) 2 years, 3 monthsago

    No doubt there are many who like the decals, maybe even most buyers. After all, Porsche offers them as an option! I merely was trying to point out that some of us view decals as "tacky" and a form of "bragging". I thought potential buyers would want to hear more than cotton candy and rainbows, and this is just a reality check. If my comment is not helpful to anyone, I sincerely apologize.

    @Artdeckco , so no bid?

    @TubeGuy lol well played

  • TubeGuy (registered bidder) 2 years, 3 monthsago

    @Artdeckco Congrats on owning a 1994 GT3. That would indeed be a very very rare car.

    I like the stripes. The silver works well with the blue. I've owned many Porsches, and bought my first one 44 years ago. I own two now including a GTS and GT3. Doesn't make my observations on stickers any more or less valid than a guy that has never owned one. It's taste.

    This car is right up my alley. The only thing missing to me is PCCB, and not because of performance. Because I'm lazy.

    @Artdeckco everyone has different tastes and I’ve owned 30 Porsches’s Ceramic only enhances the paint endurance and look!
    When it’s yours you can customize as desired!

  • Artdeckco (registered bidder) 2 years, 3 monthsago

    Hello, I will start with what is obvious. Your car is amazing. I had a 1994 GT3 in "speed yellow" and just loved it. But as a 50-year enthusiast and 25-year owner of three factory-build custom Porsches, I just cannot imagine what compelled you to get him "Porsche" badging on the car. This car speaks for itself and advertising "Porsche" is both tacky and redundant, of course, in my opinion, if I purchased this car, that would be the first thing to go with prayers that removing does not damage the paint. The ceramic coating causes me some concern. I've heard of him deleting "badging", but adding stickers???

    I've gotten used to comments being a proverbial "lovefest" and there's nothing wrong with that, but a purchaser needs to hear negatives as well.
