Sorry but the truth is the truth...

  • Steelwool (registered bidder) 9 months, 3 weeksago

@Pcarmarket Dealers aren’t supposed to charge huge over sticker dealer markups either but they do it anyway. You say they aren’t allowed to sell to potential resellers. Everyone is a potential reseller. Can they also not sell to buyers from Oregon? I believe this is a very bad policy for the consumer and Pcar should not support these kinds of dealers no matter what excuses they come up with. Just my 2¢

@Steelwool I agree especially where the dealer condones human slavery! You have to own residents in Montana before you can register a car there. Where do you even buy a resident? - But seriously these restrictions on dealers are ridiculous. A nice workaround is to go through a private leasing company. - DRP

  • PCARMARKET 9 months, 3 weeksago

@Steelwool hello, this case allows it since the seller is a factory authorized Porsche Dealer and as part of their franchise agreements they are simply not allowed to sell to potential re-sellers as a corporate policy. Hope this helps.

  • Steelwool (registered bidder) 9 months, 3 weeksago

I don’t think Pcar should allow dealers on here who limit who they will sell the car to. In this case, not willing to sell to a Montana LLC. It’s none of their business where somebody chooses to register the car.

  • PorscheBeachwood (seller) 10 monthsago

@Maurz Thank you for your interest. This one was traded in so it is a pre-owned GT3.

  • Maurz (registered bidder) 10 monthsago

Wont get the the time of day walking in the showroom to buy one of these, yet here is a new one being auctioned off by a dealer.
