Celebrating a quarter century of Porsche’s mid-engine roadster family, the 718 Boxster 25 Years is limited to 1,250 examples in total and features unique contrasting accents, Bordeaux Red leather upholstery, and specially designed 20” wheels. Based on the 718 GTS, this Boxster 25 Years pairs its naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine with an optional 7-speed PDK transmission and PASM Sport Suspension. Showing just over 300 miles on the odometer, this limited-edition Boxster is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Ohio.
This 718 comes finished in GT Silver Metallic with a special red “Boxster 25 Years” embossed roadster top, black windscreen frame, and unique Neodyme-painted accents paying homage to the original 1993 Boxster concept study. Other details include painted supplemental roll bars, exclusive clear taillights, LED headlights, high-gloss aluminum tailpipes, and special 20” two-tone painted wheels. Additional images are provided in the gallery.
Inside, premium Bordeaux Red leather upholstery extends to the dashboard, door panels, sun visors, and steering column casing as well as the climate control panel and Sport Seat backrests. Other details include a PDK gear selector in aluminum, pedals and footrest in aluminum, instrument dials in Bordeaux Red, seatbelts in Bordeaux Red, and a Boxster 25 Years limitation plaque reading 764/1,250. The driver is also provided 18-way Adaptive Sport Seats with heating and ventilation as well as Premium Package which adds Lane Change Assist (LCA), Light Design Package, Porsche Entry & Drive, power-folding mirrors, and Burmester High-End Surround Sound System.
A 394 HP naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine is connected to the rear wheels via 7-speed Porsche dual-clutch transmission (PDK). The Sport Chrono Package comes standard along with Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV) which helps accelerate from 0 to 60 MPH in as little as 3.8 seconds. Optional PASM Sport Suspension is equipped, and the remainder of the original factory warranty is in effect.

@PorscheBeachwood correct me if I'm wrong but the quoted weight is with manual and base seats. I think it might be closer to 3,200 with PDK and 18 ways.
What a build! Very nice.
@dashanin yes it is
@PorscheBeechwood - could you confirm that it's certified for California emissions regulations? It would say on the emission label under the hood.
@Artdeckco The curb weight is 3,156. I do not remember Porsche discussing weight distribution front and rear or exhaust decibel rating in the training. We do know the mid engine has an optimally tuned chassis which ensures unique driving dynamics and handling.
I just love this Boxster because it has something that always limited my arctic silver 2001 Boxster S on the track at Watkins Glen - power. The fact that this redlines near 8K just blows my mind! Three questions, if you will: do you know the weight distribution F and R, do you know the curb weight, and what is the exhaust note?
@PorscheBeachwood understood. Thanks!
@dashanin a really great client of ours who tends to swap cars several times a year. Sold with balance of factory.
@PorscheBeachwood thanks for prompt reply. Since you were the selling dealer to the original owner, what's the story here? is it CPO'd or just the balance of original warranty? Thanks.
Damn, but I want this car!

@richjs43 That is awesome to hear!! build sheet uploaded, it should show up in the photos soon
@PorscheBeachwoood…..stunning Porsche…I had one of the first Boxsters in the U.S. in January 1997, waiting 4 years for it while Porsche was developing the car. Would you happen to have the original window sticker, and if yes, would please post it…thanks
@dashanin no ppf installed but I did look over the Boxster and couldn’t find any knicks or chips
Lovely Boxster! Does it have PPF for paint protection?
