Honoring Mini’s historic tuning house, the 2022 John Cooper Works Hardtop is a high-performance variant of the Mini Cooper, equipped with Brembo brakes, a sport-tuned suspension, and an electronically locking front differential as standard. This example comes finished in British Racing Green IV Metallic over Carbon Black Dinamica/cloth upholstery and features the exclusive Anniversary Edition package. Showing just over 20 miles on the odometer, this JCW is now being offered for auction by its seller out of New York with the remainder of its factory warranty.
The Mini John Cooper Works Hardtop stands out from the standard Mini Cooper with its more aggressive design. It includes an aerodynamically optimized front bumper, a more prominent rear spoiler, integrated dual exhaust outlets, and exclusive John Cooper Works badging. This example is finished in British Racing Green IV Metallic and features a white roof and mirror caps, Piano Black exterior trim, and 18” JCW Circuit Spoke 2-tone wheels as an Anniversary Edition vehicle. It rides its original performance summer tires, which are said to remain in like-new condition. The seller adds that the paint has been professionally ceramic coated. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, the driver is greeted with Carbon Black Dinamica and cloth upholstery complemented by an Anthracite headliner. Additional features include a Nappa leather steering wheel, John Cooper Works sport seats, Dynamic Cruise Control, a front center armrest, ambient lighting, the Lights Package, and enhanced USB and Bluetooth connectivity. The Anniversary Edition package also includes steering wheel heating, front seat heating, dual-zone automatic climate control, a Harmon/Kardon Premium Sound System, power-folding mirrors, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror. All gauges, electronics, and accessories are confirmed to be in proper working order.
Beneath the bonnet lies a 2.0-liter TwinPower Turbo inline-four engine generating as much as 228 HP and 236 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels. The Anniversary Edition equips an 8-speed automatic transmission and Dynamic Damper Control. Other features include Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), an Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with electronic brakeforce distribution, JCW Sport Suspension, and Brembo four-piston fixed-caliper front brakes. The remainder of the factory warranty is reported to be in effect.
This sale will include a clean title, a window sticker, a toolkit, a spare tire, an air pump, and sales literature.
The seller would like you to know: “The only reason I decided to sell my JCW is we recently sold our home. I have not been able to obtain temperature-controlled storage, which this car deserves.”

@gf2020 I have a JCW that I drive , I’m a collector & some cars in my collection are not driven & just appreciated. This is one that I don’t drive.
It is driven around the neighborhood 5-6 times a year & has been trailed to a few car shows hence only 21 Miles.
Limited production car with 75 JCW Anniversary editions built in 2022.
Never mind why are you selling, the better question is why did you never drive it?!
