Finished in the Paint to Sample color of Slate Grey, this 2021 Porsche 911 Targa 4S is one of only 992 Heritage Design Editions produced in total. No expense was spared on options including the SportDesign Package, Sport Exhaust System, Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), and Custom Tailoring (CXX) exterior graphics. The driver is also supplied with a 7-speed manual transmission, Front Axle Lift System, and BOSE Surround Sound. Remaining under factory warranty and with less than 100 miles traveled from new, this exceptionally appointed 911 Targa 4S Heritage Design Edition is now being offered for auction by its owner out of Texas.
Among the most sought-after and historic Porsche colors of all, this Targa 4S was ordered in Slate Grey as a custom Paint to Sample option. The Heritage Design Edition receives classic gold badging, a Porsche Heritage emblem on the rear decklid, and classic “1963” Porsche crests on the front bonnet and wheel centers. The standard vintage-style motorsport graphics were omitted in favor of Custom Tailoring (CXX) graphics including Heritage Design Edition Fender Spears and Side Decals with Lollipop and PORSCHE Logo in Gloss Storm Grey (1080-G31), including Double-Digit Racing Number "67" in 2080-S-12 Satin Black. The number “67” was chosen to correspond with the 911 Targa’s first model year. Other optional details include the SportDesign Package, SportDesign side skirts, clear taillights, PCCB calipers in High-Gloss Black, and Fuchs-inspired 20”/21” Carrera Exclusive Design wheels finished in Satin Platinum. The full exterior has been treated with Xpel Ultimate paint protection film as well as Xpel Fusion ceramic coating. Xpel Prime XR Plus Nano-Ceramic window tint has also been applied to all windows.
Inside, you will find a two-tone Black and Atacama Beige Heritage Design Leather Interior featuring corduroy inlays on the seats and door panels. Extended leather trim covers the air vent surrounds, slats, and fuse box covers. The instrument cluster features a classic rev counter with green markings and a silver-capped pivot pin. An “Exclusive Manufaktur” logo is also embossed on the center armrest. Optional equipment includes 18-way Adaptive Sport Seats Plus, under-door puddle light projectors, Ambient Lighting, Lane Keep Assist (LKA) incl. Traffic Sign Recognition, Surround View, and Lane Change Assist (LCA). An image of the original window sticker can be found in the gallery.
The twin-turbocharged 3.0L flat-six engine sends as much as 443 HP and 390 lb.-ft of torque to all four wheels by way of a 7-speed manual transmission. Standard equipment includes all-wheel-drive with Porsche Traction Management (PTM), enhanced Porsche Stability Management (PSM), electromechanically variable power steering, the Sport Chrono Package, and Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV+) including an electronically controlled differential lock with fully variable torque distribution. This example also features the optional Sport Exhaust System and Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB). The original factory warranty remains in effect until 6/17/2026 and the seller reports a full annual service will be completed by Porsche of San Antonio prior to sale.
This sale will include the original owner’s manuals, window sticker, a car cover, and a clean title.

@Mercyhealth Thanks again!!
I just uploaded the online configuration of my Targa. This provides the details of the standard equipment as well as factory options. The MSRP of the Targa on this configuration is $225,320. The difference between this and the final MSRP of $227,485 is due to the cost of the "CXX Custom Tailoring Option" of $2,845 (not included in online configuration MSRP), minus the cost of the AYZ Individual Race Number for Heritage Design Edition of $680 (not included in the final MSRP). I do not recall why Porsche ultimately ended up not charging for an individual race number. Hope this is helpful and don't hesitate to let me know if you have any further questions.
@DLP2015 thank you, great story and congratulations on the GT3. I’m glad it is a very happy situation. Good luck

@Mercyhealth Thank you for your comments and questions. I have always loved the Targa and spec'd out this vehicle with plans to keep it for a long time, hence the unique/costly build. Subsequently, I received an allocation for a 992 PTS GT3 Touring and because I don't have room to keep two vehicles, I made the decision to keep the GT3 and sell the Targa. I will upload a picture of the Targa in my garage. Thanks again for your comments/questions.
@DLP2015 beautiful car. Is there a story behind it’s very short life. With a unique and costly build PTS, PCCB, Expel PPF, etc., why buy put less than 100 miles on and then auction? Did this fabulous targa not give you what you wanted?
I’m not asking to be a pill. Just curious because I have done the same with my #483/992. But it sits wrapped and trickled waiting to be used or sold in the distant future.
@spinfree Yes this vehicle is equipped with PASM.
Bid in the amount of $125,992
So I’m clear, this car doesn’t have PASM spec’d? Correct?
What an amazing car! Such great details, everywhere you look!

@Bela Yes it does come with cruise control.
DLP2015 Thank you for your prompt reply.
Does it come with cruise control?
@Bela Thank you! The number 67 is a decal. Any of the decals can be removed or replaced. Although it would require the removal of the paint protection film to remove or replace (which does not damage the paint surface). Let me know if you have any other questions and thank you for your interest.
Bid in the amount of $40,000
Great looking car!
Is the number 67 a decal or is it painted to the body? Ty
I am in love
