Based on the track-focused Cayman GT4, Porsche's 718 Boxster Spyder offers a visceral open-air driving experience with a naturally aspirated 4.0L flat-six paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. This 2021 example is finished in Black over a Black leather and Race-Tex interior with Yellow stitching and Custom Tailoring options incorporating Pepita seat inserts and much more. Additional features include Adaptive Sport Seats Plus with leather backrest shells, the Dashboard Trim Package in Leather, carbon fiber interior trim, LED headlights with PDLS+, Satin Platinum-painted wheels, and High Gloss Black brake calipers. A one-owner example with approximately 1k miles, it has been kept in a climate-controlled environment and is now being offered for auction out of Indiana.

The Spyder shares its aggressive front fascia with the Cayman GT4 and features a ducktail rear spoiler with an automatically extending wing, a rear diffuser, tinted taillights, and a rear lid with distinctive double streamliners and a unique double-fairing tonneau cover. This 718 is finished in Black and equipped with optional High Gloss Black brake calipers, a Satin Black rear “PORSCHE” logo, LED headlights with Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS+), and Satin Platinum-painted 20” GT4 wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. The seller notes that paint protection film was professionally applied by Esoteric in Columbus, Ohio, covering the front bumper, front fenders, hood, and areas behind the rear wheels. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.

Inside, the Black leather and Race-Tex interior with Yellow stitching includes Custom Tailoring selections such as “Spyder” embroidery on the headrests in Racing Yellow stitching, seat centers in Black with Dark Silver Pepita, Black leather piping, Racing Yellow stitching, and Black leather bolsters. A full list of options is provided below:

A mid-mounted naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine is paired with a 6-speed manual transmission including a limited-slip differential and Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV). As much as 414 HP and 309 lb.-ft of torque are fed to the rear wheels allowing acceleration from 0-60 MPH in approximately 4 seconds onto a top speed of nearly 190 MPH. A track-tuned and lowered version of Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) comes standard as well as a Sport Exhaust System, while the brakes and front axle are derived from the 911 GT3. The seller adds that the original manufacturer’s warranty remains in effect until 3/15/2025.

This sale will include a clean title, a window sticker, owner’s manuals, and a toolkit.

The seller would like you to know: “The car is unmodified and completely original, only PFF has been applied to the car. There were only 823 Porsche 718 Spyders produced for the USA in 2021. The 718 is the last Spyder with a naturally aspirated gas engine. It is the last Spyder with a manual transmission. The car is the lowest mileage 2021 example I can find for sale (1,007 miles). It is in as new condition, no flaws. Today, the car still holds the slalom time of any car ever produced, making it arguably the world's best-handling car ever made. The car has spent its entire life in a climate (including humidity) controlled garage and never driven in the rain.”

    @KPorsche Perfect! Thank you!

    @TMracer22 Thx for your inquiry! As I stated the car was purchased new in March and I took possession in April 2021. One year later on 3.31.2022 the car was serviced. I found the receipt and it is now attached. The next year in the spring of 2023 the car was serviced, but I don't have the receipt, then again one year later on 3.25.2024, and that receipt is attached. Again, all work performed by the dealership, so it was serviced new before I picked it up, and 3 more times since, so 4 services total in 1,007 miles. All receipts are in the gallery. Thx again!

    Interesting in that this vehicle would end up at a Chevrolet dealership…..With a build such as this, wondering why it would not have stayed in the Porsche dealer ecosystem.

    @c2silver No, 3 services, oil change every year regardless of miles, and one warranty issue addressed. All performed by Bluegrass Porsche in Louisville, Ky. Thx for your inquiry!

  • c2silver (registered bidder) 1 week, 5 daysago

    In four years, the only service that has been performed was on 3.26.24, is that correct? Yes, I realize that the vehicle has only 1k miles!

    Thx for the bids, and for the inquiries! Much appreciated. Yes, base audio system.

  • SSTwin (registered bidder) 1 week, 6 daysago

    Beautiful build. i may have missed it, but is a base audio system? No Bose or Burmester? That would be a "miss" on a lux build like this, IMO.
