A driver-focused version of the Porsche 718 Boxster, the Boxster T was introduced in 2020 showcasing unique interior and exterior styling, PASM Sport Suspension, the Sport Exhaust System, and a limited-slip differential with Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV) as standard equipment. This 2021 example is finished in White and features the optional 718 T Interior Package in Black with Guards Red stitching and pinstriped Sport-Tex seat centers. It was also optioned with a 6-speed manual gearbox, Premium Package, Power Steering Plus, a fire extinguisher, and an extended-range fuel tank. Purchased by the seller in October 2023, this 718 Boxster T is now being offered for auction out of South Carolina with just over 14k miles on the odometer and remaining under its original factory warranty.
The 718 Boxster T features a unique design package with Agate Grey-painted mirror covers, roll bars, rear badging, and side model designation decals. It also includes gloss black Sport Exhaust tips and 20” Carrera S wheels in a special Titanium Grey finish. This example is finished in White with a black convertible top and features power-folding exterior mirrors and LED headlights with Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS+) as part of the optional Premium Package. An aftermarket carbon fiber front spoiler lip has been installed with 3M mounting tape along with snap-in side air intake mesh grilles. The front bumper, hood, fenders, rockers, and A-pillars are preserved under clear paint protection film, and the Pirelli P Zero tires are dated from 2022 with about 5/32” of tread depth remaining. The seller notes two small rock chips are visible on the PPF covering the hood and front bumper.
The T model’s interior comes standard with Sport Seats Plus, a GT Sport steering wheel, cloth door opening loops, high-gloss black trim, and “718” embroidered headrests. This example features the optional 718 T Interior Package which adds contrasting Guards Red stitching, door loops, and pinstriped seat centers. The car was optioned with the Premium Package which adds steering wheel heating, a luggage net in the passenger footwell, the BOSE Surround Sound System, Light Design Package, Lane Change Assist (LCA), and Porsche Entry & Drive. An optional fire extinguisher is also mounted below the passenger’s seat.
Rated at 300 HP and 280 lb.-ft of torque, a turbocharged four-cylinder boxer engine sends power to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission with a short-throw gear lever. The T model is equipped as standard with the Sport Chrono Package, lowered PASM Sport Suspension, the Sport Exhaust System, and a limited-slip differential with Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV). The seller indicates a 30k-mile service was recently completed during a PPI and spark plug replacements have been paid for in advance. The factory's 4-year/50-mile warranty is in effect until June 13th, 2025.
This sale will include owner’s manuals and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “A beautiful car inside and out. Rare T and the interior Sport-Tex pinstripe with embossed 718 is only available on the T. Perfect amount of power for a car of this weight. Sounds amazing with factory sport exhaust.”

@Arthur996 A deal breaker for me in the S was the longer throw shift. Felt more like a manual in a sedan. The ride in the GTS was too harsh for me. I don’t feel any lag in the T compared to noticeable lag on the S and GTS. @RC357 noticed the same during our recent test drive. I much prefer the low end torque and lightness of the T vs the heavier high reving GTS or GT4s
This is an awesome spec and very low mileage. Really good looking 718!
Two questions: What did you like more about the 718T vs the S or GTS models?
Have you encountered any turbo lag or does the torque feel immediately responsive?
Yes I have both keys, original manual, build sheet, ppi and dme
Do you have both keys?

@RC357. Thanks for coming by for the test drive and the comment. It was pleasure chatting with a T enthusiast.
Paint meter measurements ranged from high 4 mils to mid 5 miles except for the ppf panels that came in from 12 to 13.

I am fairly local to this car and went to see it and drive it today. The car is in fantastic shape and drives great. The T is a very compelling package. Thanks to the seller for accommodating.
No accidents or body work. Will post paint meter readings asap.
Has it been in any accidents or body repair?

@worf928. Completely agree. The T ride quality is amazing and significantly more comfortable than the other models. That and the T interior really did it for me. Just love the pin stripe seats, gloss black trim, strap handles and the short throw shifter. Sad to let it go but baby on the way..:C’est la vie!
Let’s try this again, hopefully without PCar’s UI blending my post:
I have a White 718 Cayman T. Fantastically fun car. The combination of low weight and S/PASM results in near-telepathic handling. It is noticeable, in comparison to 981s and 991s, even at grocery-getting speed.
Someone I let drive mine summed it as follows: It’s like strapping a {roller skate to your butt.”
The “T” models are seemingly misunderstood and under-appreciated.

Hello everyone! I'm here to help with any questions you may have. I've been enjoying this car as my weekend ride for the past year, and it has brought me so much joy. As someone who wraps vehicles for a living, I've had the pleasure of encountering S, GTS 2.5, and GT4/Spyders. However, in my opinion, the T model strikes the perfect balance between power and agility. The 2.0T engine delivers ample torque at the low end, and the overall weight feels just right with the PASM system. I find the other models to be a bit too heavy and sluggish for my liking. My favorite feature has to be the special T interior with the red pin stripe sport tex seats – looks like a crisp suit and hold up well over time. Recently, I had a PPI & DME performed two weeks ago, along with the 30k mile service (excluding spark plugs, it was too early to replace but plugz have been paid and just need to be brought into Porsche at 30k miles or by 6/2025, whichever comes first). Feel free to ask if you have any questions - I'm happy to share more details about my experience with this amazing car.
