Having seen years of success in the European market, the high-performance Audi RS6 Avant only recently became available in the U.S. as one of the most highly anticipated cars on the market. The Avant wears Audi RS-specific bodywork and is powered by a twin-turbocharged V8 engine that drives all four wheels through Audi’s Quattro AWD system. Presented in Glacier White Metallic over a black interior with red stitching, this 2021 example also features the Executive Package, Black Optic Package, Driver Assistance Package, Sport Exhaust, and more. This RS6 is now being offered for auction out of Florida showing approximately 12k miles on the odometer.
The RS6 Avant model is characterized by its long-roof wagon configuration and RS-specific design features including an aggressive front fascia, wide fenders, a rear diffuser, side skirts, and a subtle roof spoiler. This example comes finished in Glacier White Metallic, contrasted with the optional Black Optic Package which adds black mirror covers, black exterior trim, and 22” 5-V-Spoke trapezoid design wheels in a Matte Titanium finish. Inside, you will find a black leather interior with contrasting red stitching and honeycomb pattern seat inserts with optional carbon twill trim. Equipment includes a perforated 3-spoke multifunction steering wheel with shift paddles, a panoramic sunroof, and a power-operated rear liftgate revealing approximately 30 cubic feet of storage behind the rear seats. Standard features include heated and ventilated front seats, 4-zone climate control, a Bang & Olufsen 3D Premium Sound System, Audi Connect, and MMI Navigation with touch response. Optional equipment includes the Executive Package, which adds extended leather upholstery, heated rear seats, a head-up display, and power soft-closing doors, along with the Driver Assistance Package.
Power comes from a 4.0 L twin-turbocharged V8 engine paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Audi’s Quattro all-wheel-drive system distributes 591 HP and 590 lb.-ft of torque, allowing the Avant to accelerate from 0-60 MPH in a Car and Driver tested time of 3.1 seconds. The standard adaptive air suspension allows the driver to raise or lower the vehicle on demand as conditions dictate. The steering wheel-mounted RS mode buttons also provide the ability to customize the driver’s experience with adjustable engine and suspension settings, as well as access to specific information via Audi’s Virtual Cockpit. This particular RS6 includes an optional factory-installed Audi Sport exhaust system for a more aggressive tone. This vehicle remains under the manufacturer warranty until November 2024/50k miles, and the Audi Certified Pre-Owned warranty adds an additional 2 years/50k miles.

I’ve had one of these for about 1 ½ years. It is the fastest sedan/wagon I’ve ever owned. A lot of choices for driving modes…it can be a limo or a race car. Beautiful inside and out. I also have two 911s and this is comparable on the 0-60 measure, and you can fit people, luggage, etc. I love this car!!

The remaining manufacturer warranty expires in 19 months or 38,565 miles (whichever comes first), and the CPO warranty will extend another 2 years/50,000 miles for a total of 3 years and 7 months of remaining warranty up to 100,000 miles. The RS6 and the RSQ8 are similar in terms of engine and gearbox specifications with both vehicles equipped with twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 engines, which generate 591 horsepower and 590 pound-feet of torque. However, the RS6 0-60 is 3.1 seconds while the RSQ8 0-60 is 3.6 seconds, due to the RSQ8's heavier weight capacity. The body styles also differ with the RS6 being a luxury performance wagon, while the RSQ8 is a luxury performance SUV.
