The seller states an annual service was carried out in March 2023, and the CARFAX report shows regular oil changes to have been performed. No outstanding maintenance items have been reported at this time.

Hello all one day to go on this wonderful Sprinter RV. The van alone today would cost you over $80,000. Then take the customization and you’re close to $200,000 to duplicate this car today. This is a tremendous value hope to see her off to a new home.

Here is the build sheet as well of just the van. All coachman start with the same exact spec van, which is a very loaded Mercedes sprinter diesel. This is also the 3.0, which is no longer made. Lastly, all 24FL are exactly the same.
Nice RV. Thanks for providing the link to Coachmen web site. I have a few questions. I see that the sofa lays flat, but like @armo, I'm trying to understand how big it is. Can two people sleep on it? How about the jump seats? Do they fold out? I can't find anything on the Coachmen site about their "packages". Can you describe what they include: Camper, Premium Plus, Comfort Plus Driver Convenience? Finally, possible to post some additional pics of the shower/toilet area? The ones included are so close up, it's hard to get a feel for the layout and proportions. Sorry for all the questions.
