Now available for auction is this 2020 Chevrolet C8 Corvette 2LT Convertible finished in Ceramic Matrix Grey over a Natural leather interior. One of the most highly anticipated sports cars in recent years, the C8 Corvette offers supercar-level performance from a mid-mounted 6.2L V8 engine producing 490 HP. This first production year example was delivered new to Autonation Chevrolet of Clearwater, Florida at an original MSRP just over $79k, and includes the 2LT Convertible Preferred Equipment Package, front suspension lift, a Performance Exhaust system, staggered-height Carbon Flash painted wheels, Bright Red brake calipers, Tan seat belts, and premium carpeted floor mats. Remaining under the care of its original owner and covered by the full factory warranty, this 2020 Corvette Convertible is now being offered for auction out of Arizona showing under 2k miles on the odometer.
This Corvette was ordered in Ceramic Matrix Grey (69F) with a power-retractable body-color hardtop with remote activation. Other exterior details include LED headlights with daytime running lights, power-adjustable and folding heated side mirrors, and Bright Red painted brake calipers. The seller notes the car has been preserved under Suntek paint protection film applied over the full front end as well as the A-pillars, rocker panels, and behind the rear wheel wells. Optional Carbon-Flash finished 19”/20” aluminum wheels are mounted with the original Michelin Pilot Sport A/S4 ZP run-flat tires.

The optional 2LT Convertible Preferred Equipment Package equips an 8” Chevrolet Infotainment 3 system with navigation, a 14-speaker Bose audio system, heads-up display, an HD front curb camera, a performance data and video recorder, a heated leather steering wheel, wireless charging, and a rear cross-traffic alert system as well as a side blind zone alert. Standard equipment includes a rearview camera with Rear Park Assist, a customizable 12” digital gauge cluster, dual-zone automatic climate control, keyless entry, and remote start.
The C8 is powered by a mid-mounted 6.2L LT2 V8, which sends as much as 490 HP and 465 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a Tremec 8-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox, allowing acceleration from 0-60 MPH in under 3 seconds. This C8 has been optioned with the Performance Exhaust System, which provides a slight increase in power and gives the Corvette a more aggressive tone. The C8 comes standard with Brembo brakes, a mechanical limited-slip differential, and a Driver Mode selector which enables variable settings for shift points, steering response, engine sound, and braking feel. The seller reports the first oil change and service were recently completed, and that the remainder of the 7-year/60k-Mile comprehensive extended warranty may be transferred to the next owner.

I own a 2022 HTC and am blown away every time I get behind the wheel. There is an immediate feeling of quality & sophistication that is palpable. Some have said that not only are these the best Corvettes GM ever designed but may be more accurately described as the best Ferraris GM ever designed. Of course, that is a matter of opinion, but I believe anyone who buys this car will not be disappointed.
