Announced as the flagship Rolls-Royce cabriolet at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, the Dawn became the final open-top gasoline-powered car from the historic British automaker. This 2018 example is finished in Midnight Sapphire over a Bespoke Moccasin and Navy Blue interior and was optioned with 21” seven-spoke part polished wheels, ventilated seats, monogrammed headrests, contrast piping, and more. Acquired by the current owner in October of 2024, this Dawn is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Massachusetts showing less than 8k miles on the odometer.
This Dawn is finished in Midnight Sapphire with a Blue hood and optional 21” seven-spoke part polished wheels wrapped in Continental tires. Details include a retractable Spirit of Ecstasy hood ornament, self-righting wheel centers, auto-leveling xenon headlights, and LED side and rear lights. Additional equipment includes side and rearview cameras with top view, front and rear park distance control, a power luggage compartment lid, and electronically regulated Coach Doors with soft-close latches. The bespoke interior is upholstered in Moccasin and Navy Blue leather with Walnut Burr trim. Options include contrasting piping, monogrammed headrests, ventilated front seats, and the Driver’s Assistance One package which adds Lane Departure Warning, Head-Up Display, and High Beam Assistant. Additional equipment includes door-integrated umbrellas, dynamic cruise control, four-zone automatic climate control, heated and electrically adjustable front massage seats, a premium audio system, keyless entry, and a 10.25” digital display concealed behind an openable veneer cover. The seller notes that a k40 radar detector has been installed.
Powered by a 6.6-liter 48-valve aluminum alloy V12 engine, the Dawn sends up to 463 HP and 605 lb.-ft of torque to its rear wheels by way of an 8-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes a self-leveling suspension with anti-roll stabilization and variable damping control. No outstanding maintenance items have been reported.
