Introduced as the pinnacle of Porsche’s 718 model range, the GTS offers 365 HP from its turbocharged 2.5-liter engine along with the Sport Chrono Package and Porsche Vectoring (PTV) as standard equipment. Finished in White over black upholstery, this 2018 example was generously optioned with a 7-speed PDK, the Premium Package, Porsche Connect Plus, a GT Sport steering wheel in leather, Lane Change Assist, wheels in Platinum Satin, and more. Initially delivered to Porsche Rocklin, California, this 718 was acquired by its seller as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and is now being offered for auction showing less than 15k miles on the odometer.
This example comes finished in White and features a GTS-specific front fascia and Sport Tailpipes along with darkened trim for the headlights, taillights, and badging as standard. The “718 Cayman GTS” logo has been optionally changed to simply read “718.” It rides on factory 20” Carrera S wheels painted Satin Platinum and dressed in Michelin Pilot Sport tires from 2018. The seller adds that paint protection film covers the hood, front bumper, mirrors, and lower portions of the rear fenders. The black leather interior has been optioned with Premium Package Plus, which adds 18-way Adaptive Sport Seats Plus, automatically dimming mirrors, an integrated rain sensor, two-zone automatic climate control, seat heating, Porsche Entry & Drive, and Light Design Package. Additional options include a GT Sport steering wheel in leather, Lane Change Assist (LCA), Navigation for Porsche Communication Management (PCM), Porsche Connect Plus, Voice Control, and the Bose Surround Sound System.
The turbocharged 2.5-liter flat-four engine in the GTS generates up to 365 HP and 309 lb.-ft of torque, driving the rear wheels by way of a dual-clutch 7-speed PDK transmission. Acceleration from 0-60 MPH is achieved in as little as 3.9 seconds, onto a top speed of 180 MPH. The Sport Chrono Package comes standard along with brake-based Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV). The CARFAX report shows a service carried out in May 2023 to include a maintenance inspection, the oil pan drain plug replaced, the oil and filter changed, and brakes checked. Additionally, this vehicle remains under the factory warranty until September 2024.

@Gopherbroke The correct Synthetic oil was used. The owner of the shop is a friend of mine and discounted the price from $11.50 to $8.50 a qt. :)

Based on the cost of oil ($8.50/qt) at your most recent oil change I am guessing they did not use synthetic oil as recommended by Porsche?
