Up for auction is this 2018 Porsche 718 Boxster GTS presented in Chalk over a Black leather and Alcantara interior with carbon fiber trim. A true driver’s vehicle, this GTS features PASM Sport Suspension and a visceral 6-speed manual transmission as well as performance upgrades including a GT4 shifter, a Cobb tune, and center muffler delete. The desirable Chalk finish is said to have been kept in excellent condition with front-end paint protection film and full Ceramic Pro coating applied from new (detailed images and paint meter readings are provided in the photo gallery). This 718 features a horizontally opposed 2.5 L turbocharged flat-four engine rated at 359 HP stock. A desirable 6-speed manual transmission with an added GT4 shifter sends power to the rear wheels allowing this GTS to accelerate from 0-60 MPH in as little as 4 seconds. Factory performance features include PASM Sport Suspension (20mm lower), Power Steering Plus, and the Sport Chrono Package. A center muffler delete has also been applied along with a Cobb performance tune providing for a claimed output of over 400 HP. Regularly scheduled service is up to date and this 718 remains in excellent driving order while backed by its factory 4-year/50k mile warranty.
This sale will include a set of 2 keys, original books and tools, a clean title, and a Cobb Accessport tuner. Although this vehicle is being listed by a private seller, the sale will be facilitated by a local Porsche dealership for tax purposes. FWIW I called Mark T at Porsche Huntington and never heard back from him; I called to discuss the warranty and availability of the extended warranty. Caused me to not bid.

@PCARMARKET without a DME on a manual transmission it’s a gamble. Also without clarity on the aftermarket tune impact on Warranty, it’s going to hurt the sale price. Keeps me from bidding. Just sayin. Sellers would be wise to get these things nailed up front of the listing. Let’s more bidders bid with confidence. I see this discussion on 911Turbos all the time.

@spatrol Hello, the seller spoke to us via phone and is not near a computer at the moment. He contacted the dealer and was advised that it would be at a cost of $300 and would not be able to get an appointment before the end of auction which is very soon. He also added that the car was under his care at all times, never tracked, raced or abused. Bid with confidence!
Any update on the DME report and the tread life on the tires? The DME is a quick print out by the dealer or any OBDII reader of sophistication.

Does the tune Void the factory warranty of 4 yr /50k ??
@pasd181 i believe it is a stage 2 tune. It is an off the shelf tune
What specifically was done with the "Cobb tune"--Accessport? They have a lot of different stage mods as well.
