Finished in the rare Paint to Sample color of Slate Grey over a Black leather interior with cloth seat centers, this 2018 Porsche 991.2 GT3 Touring features a 6-speed GT Sport manual transmission paired with its naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine. It was further configured with Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes, Satin Platinum-painted GT3 center-lock wheels, LED headlights in Black with PDLS, carbon fiber full bucket seats, carbon fiber interior trim, seatbelts in Racing Yellow, Front Axle Lift System, Bose Surround Sound System, Sport Chrono Package, and much more. Showing approximately 2k miles on the odometer, this one-owner GT3 Touring is now available for auction out of New York by the Illinois-based selling dealer.
Equipped with the Touring Package in Black, this GT3 was ordered in the Paint to Sample Color of Slate Grey, a rare nonmetallic shade first seen on the 356 and 911 models of the mid-1960s. Additional options include yellow ceramic brake calipers, LED headlights in Black with Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS+), auto-dimming mirrors with an integrated rain sensor, and Satin Platinum-painted 20” GT3 center-lock wheels. The car rides on Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires from 2018. Full paint protection film is applied, and detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin presents Black leather upholstery with optional carbon fiber interior trim and carbon fiber bucket seats with cloth centers. Other options include center console tunnel sides in leather, seatbelts in Racing Yellow, instrument dials in White, a Sport Chrono stopwatch dial in White, pedals and footrest in aluminum, and a fire extinguisher. Additional selections include the Light Design Package, the Bose Surround Sound System, Voice Control, illuminated door sill guards in carbon fiber, and a luggage net in the passenger footwell.
A naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine provides up to 500 HP to the rear wheels through a 6-speed GT Sport manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Optional performance features include Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), the Front Axle Lift System, the Sport Chrono Package with Porsche Track Precision App, and an extended-range fuel tank (23.7 gal). The car comes standard with Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV), rear-axle steering, and Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM). The CARFAX report shows a total of 8 service history entries.

As we get close to the end of the auction for this amazing GT3 Touring, it’s important to highlight just how much of a difference a PTS color can make when it comes to the value of collectible Porsches. On cars like the 911 R or the 997 GT3 RS 3.8/4.0, a PTS color can easily push the value to more than double that of a standard color. In terms of collectibility the 991 GT3 Touring is not at that level yet, but it’s definitely on its way there. It’s also worth noting that this example has exceptionally low mileage for a 991 Touring, and it’s incredibly rare to find one with such a top-tier spec and mileage all in one package.

I have a Slate Grey 991.2 GTS and the color is even more amazing in person. When I initially read about the color, it said it had blue undertones but mine was green so upon further research theres 2 variations of slate grey. 6601 is the green undertone and 7015 has blue. Just a PTS fun fact only hardcore Porsche nerds would know.

@Beandip83 We are getting an over rev report done and will upload it this week. We were also asked for undercarriage photos and those will be uploaded as well. The bra appears to be consistent with the age of the car so we would assume it was installed when new, but we've asked the original owner and waiting to hear how long it has been on the car.

@Isringhausen when was the ppf placed on the car (at roughly how many miles?). Also, I know it’s probably clean as a whistle but a dme report would be my only hindrance at this point from bidding.
