The updated 991.2 generation Porsche 911 GT3 was debuted at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show with advancements including improved aerodynamics and a new 4.0-liter flat-six engine derived from Porsche 911 GT3 R and Cup racing cars. This 2018 example was ordered in the custom Ferrari-derived color of Titanium Metallic over a Black leather and Alcantara interior with Red stitching. It was optioned with a 6-speed GT Sport manual transmission, an extended range fuel tank, and a front axle lift system as well as the Carbon Fiber Interior Package, Full Bucket Seats, Sport Chrono Package, Guards Red instrument dials, and Black Satin wheels. Remaining under the care of its original owner and upgraded within iPE Innotech exhaust system, this incredibly unique GT3 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of New York while showing just over 1k miles on the odometer.
This GT3 was ordered in a custom Paint to Sample color called Titanium Metallic, a one-off selection that was derived from Ferrari’s Grigio Titanio and is the first documented car to be painted as such according to the seller. Optional details include LED headlights in Black and 20” GT3 center-lock wheels in Black Satin. The seller notes professional paint correction was performed prior to an application of Xpel paint protection film over the full exterior and four coats of Ceramic Pro coating which also covers the wheels. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is appointed with Black leather and Alcantara accented by red stitching, optional carbon fiber trim, and instrument dials in Guards Red. Other options include Full Bucket Seats, pedals and footrest in aluminum, a steering wheel top center marker in red, the Bose Surround Sound System, auto-dimming mirrors, and Voice Control. The seller adds that the car’s tachometer needle has never exceeded 6k rpm.
A 6-speed GT Sport manual transmission is connected to a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine delivering up to 500 HP to the rear wheels. Standard performance features include a mechanical rear differential lock, Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), rear-axle steering, and Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV). The seller states an upgrade iPE Innotech cat-back exhaust has been professionally installed in compliance with the original warranty. An initial oil change was completed by a Porsche dealer at 300 miles and the balance of the factory warranty remains in effect in addition to a wheel & tire protection plan until 2024.
This sale will include a clean title, owner’s manuals, and the original window sticker.
The seller would like you to know: “I bought two of them at the same time to get this slot. Two allocations. 25% on both cars since 2016!!! The owner of Pepe gave me his allocation after optioning out the car. My initially ordered car was black and messed up when taking off the clear coat. The owner to make it up to me gave me his allocation. The engineers at Porsche had to go to Maranello and came up with a license agreement to let this paint be used. Here's the kicker- the custom paint costs $12,500 for application, but an additional $12,500 for feasibility that is NOT in the sticker, but we convinced Porsche to waive the feasibility. Flawless, been babied. I have a lot of other cars and don’t drive it. Someone should enjoy the car!”

@Warpig if that doesn’t work for you when you come look at the car, I can have the DME done right in front of you, I could schedule that. Let me know. Thanks,
@GED2GT3 yes, absolutely, I will not be get able to get the DME posted until Wednesday, will that be a problem? I assure you it is flawless results whenever it is done
@warpig stunning spec. would like to come visit and schedule PPI if DME is healthy. do you have a timeframe for obtaining DME?
@Warpig I was going to drop this, as the auction progressed, but I guess now is a good time. When I bought this car, it was explained to me, as if it were the holy grail! They had untold hours in the metallurgical, and adherence studies, that far exceeded $12,500….. they told me that only a company like Porsche, would even accommodate something like this, because all the people that work, there are true enthusiast and car geeks! Ultimately they had to re-tool their spray heads on the line, in order to get this done along with the dealership, and my influence, I think they waived the feasibility study just because it came out, so friggin good!!!!
@Warpig I uploaded a copy of the build sheet. The option code 24931 is the feasibility study typically $12,500. This is the option code I got waved, as per my description. it would have been in addition to the final price ... They made an exception for me with this car...
Best...
Check out the new pic...

@az911 All I can say is that is not what the dealer told me, or mentioned in any of the manuals... This motor is not anything like the 991.1 the valve adjustments are the first major service, and you can get 100,000 miles before doing so. they are solid lifters with a self-oiling cam its bullet proof. I brought it in in 2018 and 2019 .....
@Warpig Per Porsche, an annual service is required every year on these cars, irrespective of mileage.
@az911 no none required , only has 1,116 miles exactly … thanks..
The description indicates that an oil service was completed at 300 miles. Have there been any other services completed within the past five years?
@Thunderchild yes, no problem, I will upload what you have asked. Thank you!
@Warpig Thanks for the fast response! can you provide some close-ups of the drivers and passenger seat bolsters? in the video and some pics it appears there is some creasing? thx again

@Thunderchild yes ,I apologize for not mentioning that in the description, the stock exhaust will be included in the sale, I took it off at approximately 60 miles.
Stock exhaust included?
@mdavidson thank you….. it’s a wonderful story
@Warpig when I read this was the owner of Pepe’s allocation, I wanted to give you a call for the full story lol best of luck, wish it were mine!
@mdavidson thank you…. someone might get a very, very, special car. Eventually, I’ll speak to the prospective buyers, and tell them the entire story over the phone.!!!!!
Bid in the amount of $165,000
Beautiful! Peak car for me, but I’m not in a position for this ATM. Best of luck with the sale
Let me explain. I bought two Gt3’s at the same time, I had a black one, they messed up the paint on that one, when I had them remove the wrap it screwed up the factory paint and I have long since sold it. the dealership mandates that they do the rap for you, in my case, they hired a sub, par subcontractor, giving me this new allocation was a way of making amends.
You say your Car was messed up when taking off the clearcoat. What does that mean exactly? Taking off PPI and it pulled the Paint? On a new car? What?
Absolutely! I will have a DME report done, and I will post it, rest, assured, as I mentioned, it’s never been past 6000 RPM not now not ever, the DME will show that. This car was absolutely meticulously babied and maintained. BTW it has exactly 1,116 miles on it for everyone out there……
@warpig - any chance of getting a DME report printed out? I know it's only got 1,000 miles, but a 991.2 touring just came up on another auction site w/ a DME that shows a major over-rev...
Thanks!! she's a beauty...

Wish the timing was better for me - gorgeous build!
Yes, the ceramic coating was applied to the entire rim, two coats hard one coat soft… thanks for your comment… let me know if there’s anything else you would like to know.
RE: The ceramic coating as applied to the wheels: Is applied to both the inner and outer surfaces? Very nice build!
