The ultimate evolution of the BMW F80 M3, this CS is equipped as standard with carbon-fiber bodywork, the M Driver's Package, increased power, and special settings for stability control, power steering, and the active M differential. One of only 1,200 examples produced in total, this 2018 BMW M3 CS was delivered new to California finished in San Marino Blue Metallic over a model-specific Black and Silverstone leather interior with the optional Executive Package. This M3 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Texas while showing less than 45k miles on the odometer.
This M3 CS is finished in San Marino Blue Metallic and features a carbon fiber hood, roof, fender vents, decklid spoiler, and mirror caps. It rides on a set of 19”/20” Style 763M wheels that front red brake calipers and are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires which the seller recommends replacing within the next year. The seller has also installed aftermarket LED taillights, a carbon fiber front spoiler and rear diffuser, and a set of wheel spacers. The CARFAX report shows minor damage to the rear end in June 2020. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.
The cabin presents special Black and Silverstone Merino leather upholstery and heated power-adjustable Sport seats with M3 insignias on the seatbacks, gray contrast stitching, and M tri-color seatbelts. Alcantara trim adorns part of the dashboard and continues to the steering wheel and emergency brake boot as well as the CS-unique center tunnel. The equipment also includes a BMW Professional Navigation system, a backup camera, and a Harman/Kardon Surround Sound System. The optional Executive Package adds Adaptive Full LED Headlights, a heads-up display, automatic high beams, a power rear sunshade, manual rear side window shades, speed limit info, and park distance control. Additionally, the seller has fitted red paddle shifters and M-branded steering wheel buttons, a carbon fiber steering wheel and dashboard accents, and a carbon fiber shifter.
The F80 M3 CS is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter S55 inline-six, producing up to 453 HP and 443 lb.-ft. of torque in stock form, sent to the rear wheels by way of a 7-speed M-DCT dual-clutch transmission and an active M electronic limited-slip differential. The M3 CS features performance-optimized tuning for the stability control and power steering systems, as well as the rear differential. The seller states to have installed aftermarket air intakes, Mishimoto hot side pipes, an Active Autowerk equal length mid pipe, and aftermarket anti-roll bars front and rear. The original parts are said to accompany the sale and a dyno test report is provided in the gallery. The seller adds that a set of new $3,000 front and rear EBC two-piece racing brake rotors and Ferodo brake pads are available and can be included at a negotiable price for the next owner.
This sale will include the owner’s manuals, original parts, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “I am convinced that once somebody drives this car, they will love it. It is a limited-series car. There were only 1200 of these cars produced, with half imported into the United States. The car is fast (see my Dyno testing sheet for power and torque) and handles beautifully. I also have a BootMod3 license I can transfer to the new owner. A Stage 1 tune makes this car even faster and more powerful. For a car enthusiast, this will allow the experience of a race car at a substantially lower cost than a Porsche GT3, etc. In "tame mode", this is a wonderful daily driver. It can seat four full-size adults comfortably and the trunk has plenty of space for groceries, etc. In my opinion, the M3CS is the perfect blend of both race experience and daily driving.”

@spencerberke: not as excited as I am(!) I just wish the buyer could come and test drive this car. It comes alive on Sports Plus settings and is a joy to drive.
Excited to see how this one goes. Good luck to the seller!

@wthies - I have the original taillights boxed up - see pictures. The ones I installed are the OLED lights, and, at least in my humble opinion, they look better. But swapping the original ones takes very little time.
Disregard, was thinking of the M4 CS.
Nice car!
Do you have the original, very expensive OLED tails and are they working?

Yes, I wrapped the car when I got it, in satin grey. I had the wrap removed so the buyer can see the original paint. It's hard to tell because of the sun/shade, but there are no swirl marks on the trunk - the color changes with the the degree of light exposure. The bumper has slight imperfections, which could easily be removed. I did not have the color corrected, buffed, etc. This is all the original paint.
Was this car previously listed with a satin grey wrap? If so, when was the wrap installed and removed? Looks like quite a bit of swirl marks on the trunk/bumper.
Hey there, sorry, we just added the dyno sheet, together with all the original parts that were swapped. As far as the break-in, I can only assume, since I am not the original owner, so I will say I don't know. To my knowledge, the car was never tracked before I bought it, if that helps (!).
@MP0W3RD Additional content has been added to the listing gallery.
There is no dyno sheet in the gallery. Was the 1200 mile break in properly performed? Do you have the documentation for that? Thank you.
Hello everybody and welcome to my auction! Happy New Year! I am here to answer any questions you may have to the best of my ability. Thank you!
