Presented in Graphite Blue Metallic over an Agate Grey leather interior, this beautifully appointed 2017 Porsche 991.2 Carrera S Cabriolet comes equipped with a 7-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) transmission paired with a twin-turbocharged flat-six engine. The original sticker price totals over $146k with options including 20” Carrera Classic wheels, the Bose Surround Sound System, Carbon Fiber Interior Package, tinted taillights, and Sport Package which adds a host of performance enhancements. Cared for by one prior owner, this Carrera S has been meticulously maintained from new and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of California showing just over 20k miles on the odometer.
This 991.2 was ordered in the uncommon shade of Graphite Blue Metallic along with exclusive tinted taillights, painted headlight cleaner covers, and 20” Carrera Classic wheels with colored Porsche crests. SportDesign exterior mirrors are included as part of the optional Sport Package. The Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires were mounted within the last 3 years with approximately 5k miles driven since. The full front end has been preserved under Xpel Ultimate paint protection film while the full exterior benefits from a double application of Kamikaze Collection ceramic coating including the wheels and brake calipers.
The cabin is appointed with Agate Grey leather and optional carbon fiber trim as well as 14-way Power Sport Seats with exclusive crested headrests. A complete list of factory options is provided below:
The twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter flat-six engine produces up to 420 HP and 368 lb.-ft of torque, driving the rear wheels through a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission. The optional Sport Package (P3P) includes Rear Axle Steering, the Sport Chrono Package, and Sport Exhaust System. This example has also been equipped with Power Steering Plus for improved maneuverability. The seller states that the coolant pump was replaced under warranty at 10k miles while more recent service includes new brake rotors, control units, and front windshield replacement at just over 20k miles. All corresponding records are said to accompany the sale and additional service information can be found on the CARFAX report.
This sale will include a set of two keys, owner's manuals, service records, and a clean title.

@GreenGreenGreen Sure if you would like to set up an inspection you can leave a number lake Mike did ? and I can text you.
@GreenGreenGreen @jonh1012 - is there a way to contact you on the side?
@jonh1012 - thanks for your response. Very enlightening.
@GreenGreenGreen Hi Green, we have found, unless it’s raining, we have the top down…at least to start. We use 50 degrees as our lower temperature limit with seat heat and steering wheel heat it is not only very comfortable but also quite a unique experience. Other than our 2020 Macan S, my wife doesn’t want another car unless it is a cab.
The three computers were just over 5k. …and only the immobilizer did not work. The dealer insisted that all three had to be replaced. ?
@jonh1012 - we live here in Murrieta as well. Your comments about the coupe vs the cab caught my eye. We’re looking for a coupe as well (looked at three over the weekend).
Question: as you know, it can get pretty miserable for a couple of months out of the year here. Do you run with the top down during those months as well?
Second question : Ballpark estimate, what did replacing those computer modules run you?
BTW - love the color of your car.
Thanks!

Will sell for a lot more than $80k BBKat!
@JMT007 They probably could have easily gone another 10k but they were squeaking a lot. Now no squeaking at all. Thanks for the interest!

Just to summarize for all, this car is in great condition and does not need any repairs or maintenance. Ready to go with Pilot 4S tires with about 5k miles, new brake pads and rotors, new engine air filter, cabin air filter, pre-filter for the cabin, all three new computer control units, new windshield, oil and filter changed, all less than 600 miles ago. This car should not need anything for about 10k miles. With the full frontal Xpel PPF and full Kamikaze ceramic coating installed two years ago, the paint is in like new condition and easy to keep clean. I will be happy to help assist with transportation and paperwork. Also, if you’ve never had a Cabriolet before, it is becoming more popular than ever because it is really like having two cars in one. I would be happy to show you how easy it is to take care of the top and keep it in like new condition. Best regards to all.
@jonh1012 let’s hope she’s right!!
@MikeAng She says it means you'll be the lucky one to get this fantastic car! :)
@jonh1012 good to know. And thank you. It also equals my bday backwards.
So what does she say about 328?
...just for the others, my wife tells me that 823 = Prosper, easy, life :)

@bbkat Wow you’ve got good eyes! That was a window sticker purchased from Monroneylabels.com. They list it that way under “Model” then over on the right side (four lines from the bottom) under options they list 911 Carrera S Cabriolet. I bought the car in Feb. 2019 with 3250 miles and did not get the original window sticker from the previous owner. But thanks for the question.
Very nice example.
Could you please clarify the S designation not showing on the sticker?
@MikeAng Sure will Mike.
@jonh1012 can you text me at seven one four 3422570 so we arrange an inspection please?
Thanks Mike

Hey Mike, Oh this would be a great car for anyone in this area. Before we bought this car I was dead set on a coupe. But when we went for a test drive, once at Porsche Carlsbad and twice at Porsche Riverside, all they had was a Cabriolet. Well we put the top down on the drives back to the dealers and fell in love with bringing nature into to drive. Now we can't have anything but a Cab. Best of luck to you Mike!
@jonh1012 thank you. We are nearby as we live in Encinitas. Hopefully I’ll get lucky. Mike.
Hi Mike, Yes, two keys are included. All of the manuals and books are essentially in new condition with the standard black leather holder that has the magnetic keeper. I've never had any accidents with the car. However, while the Porsche dealer was installing new tires they put a small dent close to the right front jack point. I took it back to them and they repaired it using "paintless dent repair". It was a very small dent that I can't even see where it used to be. Every single thing on the car works great. If you find anything that doesn't work I will get it fixed.
Thanks, Jon
All keys present? Books?
Never any paint work or accidents?
Everything works fine?
Thanks
Mike

Welcome everyone to the auction! I am the owner of this beautiful car and look forward to discussing in detail and answering any questions you might have. It's going to be hard to let this car go...but have a Spyder coming around Aug. 5th.
