Commanding an original sticker price of over $135k, this 2017 Porsche 991.2 Carrera 4S Coupe comes finished in Night Blue Metallic over a Black and Luxor Beige leather interior. It was ordered with the optional Sport Chrono Package, Premium Package, Power Sport Seats and Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) as well as 20” RS Spyder Design wheels, a sliding glass sunroof, BOSE Surround Sound System, and a host of driver amenities. Recently serviced by an authorized Porsche dealer and with just over 49k miles on the odometer, this Carrera 4S is now being offered for auction by its owner out of Louisiana.
This 991.2 is finished in Night Blue Metallic and rides on optional 20” RS Spyder Design wheels with colored center crests. Compared to a standard Carrera, the 4S version sports wider bodywork, red brake calipers, quad exhaust outlets, and an LED light band connecting the taillights. The car rides on a set of Michelin Pilot Sport tires and the seller describes the finish to be in excellent condition, showing only minor pitting on the hood. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The two-tone Black and Luxor Beige leather interior includes optional 14-way Power Sport Seats as well as a GT Sport steering wheel and gear selector in Alcantara. Other optional equipment includes Premium Package, BOSE Surround Sound System, an electric slide/tilt sunroof in glass, Porsche Entry & Drive, Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS), seat ventilation, a heated multifunction steering wheel, and Lane Change Assist (LCA). The seller reports minimal signs of wear throughout the cabin.
This 991.2 is equipped with a twin-turbocharged 3.0L flat-six engine that generates up to 420 HP and 368 lb.-ft of torque, delivered to all four wheels by way of a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission. When optioned with the Sport Chrono Package, the Carrera 4S reaches 60 MPH from a standstill in less than 4 seconds. The seller states a full service was completed by Porsche New Orleans within the last two months and there are currently no outstanding maintenance items.
This sale will include a clean title (lien).

Thanks for the update on the tires. TVRBob was spot on. Really nice car.

@tvrbob Thanks for your inquiries, here is what I know, when I brought it to Pelligrini Performance, who specializes in supercars, specialty vehicles, and track cars, they informed me that the rear are newer. They also informed me that for my purposes of occasional driving that there was no concern. I can upload some coin/tire picks later this evening.
@RipCity @jeversgerd With dates of 3320 and 3720 indicating manufacturing dates in August and September of 2020, the rear tires were definitely replaced more recently than 2019. My guess would be on September 30, 2021 when there's an entry on CARFAX that included "Tire(s) balanced." I suspect that the tires that were balanced were new rear tires. [Usually, the CARFAX would have two line entries regarding tires, saying "Tire(s) mounted" and "Tire(s) balanced," but I suppose it depends how the service advisor or tech makes the entry. Interpreting a CARFAX isn't always an exact science.] If my guess is correct, that would mean the rear tires have less than 3,100 miles on them.
On cars with different sized tires front and rear, you'll often see tires replaced in sets of two since they can't be rotated front to rear so can wear at an uneven pace.
Cork was a beautiful interior color! Porsche should bring that back.

Would probably help to add underside photos of the tire tread depth with a coin shown to clarify tire condition but, with the 11K miles since 2019, the date codes and the “in great shape” comment, it wouldn’t be crazy to think the rears were changed more recently, perhaps new shortly before Seller acquired the car. I mean, can you install 2020 tires in 2019?
As tan interiors have fallen a bit out of favor, I find myself looking at just HOW tan, or how two-tone an interior is produced. This one seems like a particular nice version of black-n-tan, with the dash top in black leather, the top portion of the door interior, etc. To me, this is about the perfect mix of interior colors for a “tan interior”. A buddy was restoring his 80s 911 which had cork interior (darker tan, like a baseball glove) and choosing WHERE to inject black was not an easy set of decisions. But, the carpeting, parts of the doors and other bits really improved it (subjectively)…and that’s what THIS car has. A great balance. Also great with the exterior.
@Bagger76 sorry about the delay, @tvrbob hit me with some knowledge.

Also, assuming no tires have mounted since 8/31/19, the tires have approximately 10,6xx miles on them.
@jeversgerd According to the CARFAX, 4 tires were mounted on 8/31/19. What @Bagger76 is referring to when he asks for "tire dates" is the DOT code on the side of the tire. Each tire has a code that starts with DOT and then a series of letters and numbers. The last 4 digits indicate the week of the the year they were manufactured. For example, if the last 4 numbers are 0118, that would indicate that the tire was made during the first week of 2018.

@Bagger76 , I am not sure about the tire dates, they were put on by the previous owner and I dont have those records. I had them inspected by Porsche and a local high-end specialty car company (Pellegrini Performance Group, LLC ) and was told they are were in great condition in both cases. I have only put 3K miles on it and had them looked at 500 miles ago by Porsche. No smoking in the car that I am aware of, as I am sensitive to it, and the car smells great. The car has been very well taken care of.
Beautiful car. Can you tell me the tire dates please. Looks like it's been driven and taken good care of. Any information on whether it's been smoked in? Thanks.
@JakeMacZ Thanks for the inquiry. No it does not. Let me know if you need anything else.
Hi, I'm in Slidell and might be interested in seeing the Porsche. Does it have film and/or ceramic on the exterior? Seems like a very nice spec overall.
