A special limited-edition version of Mercedes’ W463 G-Class, the G550 4x42 is distinguished by a lifted rally-style parallel coilover suspension along with exposed carbon fiber fender flares, portal axles, geared hubs, and triple locking differentials for substantial off-road capabilities. This 2017 example is finished in Electric Beam Exclusive High-Gloss paint with a Designo Exclusive Black Nappa Leather and microfiber suede interior featuring AMG carbon fiber trim pieces and deviated white stitching. Always garage-kept and sparingly driven, this G550 4x42 remains with its original owner in Florida and is now being offered for auction showing just over 3,500 miles on the odometer.
This G-Class was ordered in Electric Beam Exclusive High-Gloss paint at an additional cost of $22k. The finish is complemented by a black-painted roof, exposed carbon fiber fender flares, the Chrome Package, and the Exterior Stainless-Steel Package. Other details include a tubular lower rear bumper, an integrated front skid plate, side steps, a roof-mounted fairing with LED running lights, red brake calipers, rubber mud flaps, and dual side-exit exhaust tips. This example rides on 22” light alloy wheels wrapped in Pirelli Scorpion ATR tires. The seller adds that the vehicle remains in pristine overall condition, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Upholstered in Black Nappa Leather and Dinamica suede, the cabin was ordered with the Designo Exclusive Leather Package which provides diamond pattern seat inserts and door panels along with a leather-wrapped upper and lower dashboard. The interior features AMG carbon fiber trim, white stitching, and a full Designo Dinamica black suede headliner, as well as a leather and Dinamica wrapped steering wheel, the Seat Comfort Package, Harman/Kardon Logic-7 Surround Sound System, Ambiance Illumination, COMAND online, heated front and rear seats, a rearview camera, and velour floor mats.
The G550 4x42 is equipped with a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter M176 V8 that produces up to 416 HP and 450 lb.-ft of torque. A 7-speed 7G-Tronic automatic transmission distributes power to all four wheels. Equipment includes three locking electronic differentials, portal axles, and geared hubs borrowed from the exclusive G63 6x6 model. The lifted coilover suspension features Ohlins dual springs and variable dampers at each corner, which are electronically adjustable from a switch in the cabin. Braking is handled by cross-drilled rotors clamped by 6-piston calipers in the front and 4-pistons in the rear. The seller notes routine oil and filter changes have been kept up to date.
This sale will include owner’s manuals and a clean title.

Thank your for the comments and questions. I’ll gladly respond to any last day auction questions. The car is perfect, no dents, no scratches or rock chips, always garaged and still smells like a new car. These are amazing machines, very unique indeed. This is the iconic color that Mercedes chose when introducing this vehicle to the world. Thank you again.
