We are pleased to offer this 2017 Dodge Viper GTC/ACR Extreme "Black Stripe" Edition. In 2015, Dodge launched the Viper GTC (GT Custom) Program, allowing clients to order bespoke, custom-tailored Vipers such as the one presented here today. Commissioned by Gerry Wood Dodge of Salisbury, North Carolina, the Viper GTC "Black Stripe" is a limited series of 6 cars commemorating the 25th anniversary of the Dodge Viper. These custom-tailored models feature unique gold and black color combinations along with custom striping, carbon-ceramic brakes, carbon fiber trim, the ACR Package, and Extreme Aero Package. Individually numbered as "Three-of-Six", this incredibly rare one-owner Dodge Viper GTC Black Stripe is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida showing under 1,500 miles showing on the odometer.
This Viper was ordered in a custom shade of Metallic Gold AkzoNobel paint (607E5) with special order SRT stripes in AkzoNobel Metallic Black (3532H1). Equipment from the ACR Package includes lower dive planes, a satin black fuel filler door, ACR badging, a front splitter assembly, and satin-black painted 19” ACR wheels measuring 11” wide in front and 13” in the rear. The optional Exterior Carbon Fiber Package adds front and rear brake duct bezels and a carbon-fiber tail light panel, while the Extreme Aero Package equips a custom paint-matched adjustable Extreme Aero Wing, a unique vented hood, upper dive planes, fender vents, and a revised rear diffuser. The massive red-painted Brembo Carbon Ceramic Matrix brake calipers are visible through the ACR wheels, which are mounted with their original Viper-specific Kumho Ecsta V720 tires. The seller reports 3M Scotchgard Pro Series paint protection film had been applied prior to delivery, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The interior of this Viper is upholstered in black leather with silver accent stitching, featuring 6- way manually-adjustable Sabelt High Grip Alcantara leather seats with Alcantara inserts and embossed Viper lettering, an Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel, ACR Alcantara door trim panels, an ACR Alcantara instrument panel, and ACR floor mats as equipped by the ACR Interior Package. The optional Interior Carbon Fiber Package includes carbon-fiber trim to the door panels, steering wheel, air vents, instrument cluster surround, seats, and center console. The optional 18-speaker Harman Kardon High-Performance audio system is controlled by an 8.4" touchscreen display, with Uconnect navigation, and a ParkView reverse camera. Standard features include Keyless Enter-N-Go passive entry, a 7-inch reconfigurable digital instrument display, automatic climate control, and power-adjustable pedals. A plaque affixed to the passenger-side dashboard reads “Black Stripe # Three-of-Six”.
Under the hood, this 2017 Viper features an all-aluminum 8.4L V10 that produces up to 645 HP and 600 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven through a Tremec 6060 6-speed manual transmission and a speed-sensing limited-slip differential. The ACR Extreme package includes a 10-way adjustable suspension, stiffer springs, a five-way adjustable stability control system, and a launch control function. Stopping power comes from Brembo Carbon Ceramic Matrix brakes with 6-piston calipers in front and 4-pistons in the rear, paired with cross-drilled and ventilated carbon rotors. This Viper received an oil service and a new battery from Dayton Andrews Chrysler of Clearwater, FL in December of 2021.
This sale will include a set of two keys, the original window sticker, owner's manuals, sales literature, a clean title, and a custom numbered car cover. One of the rarest and most highly-exclusive Vipers ever built, this custom GTC Black Stripe presents an opportunity that is not to be missed.

Hi everyone, I’d like to take this opportunity to welcome everyone to my auction. I’m here to answer all questions to the best of my ability.
Thanks, Jeff
@TMR3 The paint protection was custom made just for the Viper for certain parts of the car such as the front bumper area, mirrors, above windshield…there is a gallery photo at the bottom of the list of this.
@Viper2017 clear film on certain parts or all of the exterior?
@TMR3 a 3M Scotchgard paint protection was installed on the car prior to purchase.
@nosubstitute4porsche The Bilstein shocks allow you to raise or lower the car manually from a numbered dial at the top of each shock. This is the only lift option. It’s set from the factory at about 4” from the ground. And as long as you take a steep curb at an angle, it’s fine.
The gas in the tank doesn’t ever get that old because I put about 8 miles a week on the car keep it flowing. I drive it around the Beach here once a week.
@Viper2017 Does the car have any paint protection film on it?
Never had much interest in a Viper, but Jeff this build really has me in awe. THIS is modern muscle IMO. Good luck, sir!
Hi Jeff do they offer front lift to avoid scraping of the front splitter? It appears like it would scrape quite easily. Also how long has the existing gas been in the car and did you put additives in it?Thank you for bringing your car to auction..
Hi, I’m Jeff the seller of this car. If anyone has any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask
