Up for auction is this eye-catching 2016 Targa 4 GTS. Reviving the iconic namesake once more, the 991 generation Targa fills the gap between a coupe and an open top convertible. Purchased new from the legendary Brumos Porsche dealership in Florida, this spectacular 1-owner 2016 model has been personally signed by racecar driver Hurley Haywood and boasts an extensive options list. Showing only 13k miles on the odometer, this Targa is now being offered for auction in great all-around condition by a seller in Brooklyn, New York.
Featuring the quintessential steel wraparound targa bar and rear glass-dome windshield, this car carries design elements inspired by the original Targa 911. This example is finished in classic and understated Agate Gray metallic and remains free of any unsightly flaws or blemishes. The seller would like to note that the driver’s side panels and rear bumper have been professionally refinished with an exceptional color match to fix what appeared to be key damage in 2016. A couple of noteworthy exterior options include LED headlights in black and deletion of model designation. This Targa rides on flawless black-finished factory wheels that wear Michelin Pilot Sport tires.
Inside, this Targa is equipped with a gorgeous black leather and Alcantara interior. The supportive and comfortable 18-way adaptive sport seats remain in superb condition, showing no signs of hard creasing or excessive wear. Carrying an original MSRP of $150,960, this Targa is fitted with desirable factory add-ons including:
This Targa 4 GTS is equipped with a robust 3.8L naturally aspirated flat-six engine capable of sending 430HP and 324 lb-ft of torque to all four wheels. Fitted with Porsche’s brilliant PDK 7-speed transmission while weighing in at a spritely 3,400 pounds, this GTS achieves a 0-60 time of less than 4 seconds while maxing out at 187mph.
This Targa has been optioned with Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC), an active anti-roll system that minimizes body movement during cornering while also minimizing instability when driving over uneven ground. Having always been diligently maintained by Formula Motorsports in New York City, this Targa stands in absolutely perfect driving condition. Included service records indicate that this car is up to date on all due maintenance and has never suffered any mechanical faults.
Included in the sale of this 2016 Targa 4 GTS are all owners’ books and relevant documentation as well as detailed maintenance records. A clean Carfax report detailing this car’s accident free time on the road will also be available. Do not miss your opportunity to acquire the very last normally aspirated Porsche Targa.

@MadMax thanks very much for the kind words. It's a spectacular car and I've enjoyed it thoroughly. Happy to answer any questions anyone might have. Cheers,
Wow, I can't believe how low the bid is right now. The GTS is my favorite 991.1, and the Targa is probably the coolest looking body of the 991s. If you want a GT3 but want open air motoring, you can't get any better than this. GLWS, whoever wins this car will have a ton of fun with it.
