This 981 GTS is finished in Racing Yellow and is distinguishable from a standard Cayman by its more aggressive front and rear fascia, black headlamp surrounds, and smoked taillight lenses. It rides on aftermarket 18” OZ Alleggerita wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires from 2021 and comes with its optional 20” 911 Turbo Design wheels. Additional options include the GTS Exterior Package in Black and a deleted model designation. The seller reports that the car was involved in an accident at Watkins Glen, with no airbag deployment. It was later repaired at Thompson Collision of Plumsteadville, PA, a Porsche-approved facility. The CARFAX report lists "severe" damage from August 2019, though the seller suggests this term reflects the number of body panels affected rather than the extent of the damage. The GTS benefits from an increase of 15HP and 7 lb.-ft. of torque over the Cayman S and features the Sport Chrono Package and Sport Exhaust as standard equipment. The seller notes the spark plugs and ignition coils were replaced at Der Garage around 30k miles, with other routine maintenance performed by Porsche of Conshohocken. Have seen this car several times and impressed with all the dealership records/maintenance. It looks and sounds 10x better in person.
@K100rs front tow hook cover is missing, I think from one of the times it was parked in the street.
I've had no issues with the alignment since the repairs were completed. I would expect that to be part of the work done by Thompson.
Certainly no garage queen here. Is the body cover for the tow hook mount present?
I assume an alignment was done after repairs but not seeing a mention in the records, any data from that? I see in the records the mention of tread worn on the inside RR which looks like the damaged wheel/arms.
