Finished in White over a black leather and Alcantara interior, this 2016 Porsche 981 Cayman GTS features a naturally aspirated flat-six engine connected to a 6-speed manual transmission as well as optional Sport Suspension, Premium Package Plus, the Infotainment Package with BOSE® Surround Sound System, ParkAssist, and 20” 911 Turbo Design wheels. It was sold as a Porsche Certified Pre-Owned vehicle to the prior owner in December 2019 and eventually acquired by the current owner from a PCARMARKET auction in October 2021. Remaining preserved under clear paint protection film and fitted with a new black leather steering wheel and shifter, this GTS is now being offered for auction out of North Carolina with under 17k miles showing on the odometer.
This 981 is finished in nonmetallic White and is distinguishable as a GTS by a more aggressive front and rear fascia, blackout headlamp surrounds, smoked taillamp lenses, and “GTS” designations on the doors. It rides on factory optioned 20” 911 Turbo Design wheels that were mounted with new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires in 2020 at just over 12k miles. The full exterior is preserved under Xpel clear paint protection film and the windows have received a layer of Llumar IRX ceramic tint. The previous owner disclosed the car was subjected to two days of track use for non-competitive driver education events. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, black leather and Alcantara upholstery is complemented by deviated stitching, an optional carbon fiber center console, and instrument dials in Silver. Other options include roof lining in Alcantara, 18-way Adaptive Sport Seats with Memory Package, the Infotainment Package with BOSE Surround Sound System, and ParkAssist (front and rear) including a reversing camera. The original Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel and shifter were replaced with new black leather pieces by the current owner.
This Cayman GTS is equipped with a naturally aspirated 3.4L flat-six engine paired with a 6-speed manual transmission that sends up to 340 HP and 280 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels. The GTS offers 15 HP and 7 lb.-ft of torque more than the Cayman S and comes equipped with the Sport Chrono Package and Sport Exhaust as standard. This example has also been optioned with Sport Suspension (X73) which provides a firmer and more responsive ride. A 4-year/40k-mile interval service was completed at a Porsche dealer at just over 12k miles including a new engine air filter, cabin air filter, spark plugs, and brake fluid flush.

I realize that I am late to this party but I am surprised to not find cold start or driving videos posted. Car appears to be in excellent condition but its always reassuring to hear the sounds of NA Flat Six at full rev! GLWA!

@Laurier911 Thanks for the quick response. Where and when can I inspect the car?
@GuzziBill Yes, over Rev report was done the week before I bought it and I'll have another one done at the dealer this afternoon. Since the car was under warranty and had several multi point inspections at dealer a PPI was not necessary.

Since the previous owner did a couple of track days, did you have a PPI including an over rev report competed before buying the car? I'm in Charlotte, is the car available for inspection?

Lovely car nicely presented. Is the CPO warranty transferable? If so when does it end?
Currently PCNA has the best CPO warranty in the industry but I'm not sure what the 2019 program was like
