Up for auction is this 2016 Porsche 981 Cayman GT4 finished in White over a Black leather interior with deviated stitching in Guards Red. Introduced as the ultimate roadgoing Cayman model, the 981 GT4 features improved aerodynamics, high-performance suspension and a naturally aspirated 3.8 L flat-six engine mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. This 2016 example also showcases exclusive options including illuminated doorsill guards, an extended-range fuel tank and additional leather upholstery throughout the cabin. Having participated in a European delivery at the Porsche factory under its original ownership, this GT4 is now being offered for auction by its seller in Ohio while showing just over 16k miles on the odometer.
The White finish on this GT4 is reported to be in exceptional original condition with clear paint protective film applied over the entire front end and side rocker panels (detailed images and paint meter readings are provided in the photo gallery). Exterior features include an aggressive front fascia, larger side air intakes and a fixed rear wing which provides for a significant increase in downforce. Optional Bi-Xenon headlights in Black are also equipped along with factory 20” GT4 wheels.
Upon entry, the driver is greeted by a handsome Black leather interior with extended leather details and deviated stitching in Guards Red. The cabin is noted to be in outstanding condition and the factory window sticker lists the following exclusive options:
This GT4 boasts a naturally aspirated 3.8L flat-six engine sourced from the 991 Carrera S. 385 HP and 309 lb-ft of torque is sent to the rear wheels by way of a visceral 6-speed manual transmission making for a 0-60 time of approximately 4 seconds and a top speed upwards of 180 MPH. In addition to its GT3 derived front suspension and steering rack, the GT4 features revised aerodynamic components which help to produce 220 lbs. of downforce at speed. Carfax indicates this GT4 to be up to date on all scheduled maintenance and a DME report is available for reference within the photo gallery.
The sale of this 981 will include 2 keys and the original books. Do not miss out on this nicely optioned and properly maintained first-generation GT4.

@VanosYo yes, the difference in readings is because of the film. No signs of paint work on this gt4
Is the difference in paint meter readings due to the protection film? Is it guaranteed to have all original paint?
@Upshift4 Seconded! BTW sorry about the typo in my original post. This is what happens when you are looking at PCarMarket on Sunday evening in bed on your phone... :)
Thank you!
@Upshift4 thank you. yes, it was completed April of 2019
